Hopefully so bro & thank you. Doing cardio now when I didn't before & though my diet isn't perfect, it's gotten far better than it was! Adding in the right sups as well. Thanks again

Lol yeah, you should see people looking at me. Surprises most of them, but I'm sure it looks funny because I have a hell of a time stopping! I actually halfway enjoy sprinting. I was always explosive & fast, but hated long distance. I have short legs

Feeling so good in the gym lately. Making me a little more tired during the day, along with taking the MK677, but I don't care as long as the results are there. Did arms today & I wanted to point out that I do GOOD form & not like this sloppy, weight slinging shit I see 75% of these guys doing on arm day. I try to worry about myself & that's it, but it drives me nuts!!! Anyway...

Cardio: 15 mins elliptical- not as long as I have been, but it was fast paced the whole time

Dumbbell concentration curls: 4 sets of 20, 15, 10, 10 dropped weight for 10 more, than dropped again for 12

Single arm preacher machine: 4 sets of 12, from arm to arm same weight until failure, than 2 hand same weight until failure

Single arm hammer cable curl: 5 sets of 10, drop set for 10 more last set, waited 30 secs & hit 10 more. Total 6 sets

Dumbbell skull crushers: 5 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12, 10

Ez bar press downs: 4 sets of 20, 12, 12, 12 all sets of 12 done with whole stack, than droped for 8 more reps

Rope pressdowns: 4 sets of 12 with drop set last set for 10 more

Aggression, strength & muscle endurance is great right now. Cardio is coming easier as well & diet slightly better. Still climbing on the scale though. Probably hit 250 lbs before the end of the weekend. I'd say I'm gaining muscle, but maybe some extra water weight from the MK677 too

Fixed this for tonight. Will be my last meal. Low fat cheese

Meal 1: eggs, wheat toast & 1 cup of milk

Meal 2: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 3: quarter pound burger on bun & low fat cottage cheese (post workout)

Meal 4: whey protein shake

Meal 5: chicken breast with asparagus

Meal 6: stuffed pepper

Took a day off from the gym. Been doing cardio on my off days, but I didn't today. Took a break from everything. I've never been a good sleeper, but was on a pretty good schedule there for a while & now, it's all out of whack again. Just listening to my body & giving it some needed rest. I'll be hitting legs tomorrow & I will be good & rested, so it should be a good one

Thanks & it does fit pretty good, except for around the neck. I'm a afraid I won't be able to wear it after washing it a few times

Really had to dig deep today for my leg workout. I don't know if I had some extra lactic acid built up or what, but it was rough. I love it though, espcially when it's done! Almost lost my cool at the gym today... can someone please tell me why they have fans at the gym?!? It seems like it's always the people that claim they want to loose weight too. I finally quit caring about being decent though & shut em off. Anyway, my leg workout...

Cardio: 10 mins run/ walk, 15 mins elliptical

Dumbbell lunges: 4 sets of 40's×20, 50's×16, 60's×12, 70's×12

Single leg leg press machine: 4 sets of 15, 12, 12, 10 switched to 2 leg after last set & repped until failure

Leg extentions: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10 drop set last set until failure

Seated leg curls: 5 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12, 10 drop set last set until failure

Standing single leg calf raises: 4 sets of 12 doing both legs after each set until failure

Weight is at 248 lbs. 18 lb gain since the start of the log & 16 lb gain since the start of the cycle. Still have much leaning to do

Little something I cooked earlier. Wanted to break the grill out, but I'll do that this coming weekend.

Meal 1: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 2: 1 can of tuna with 1 piece of wheat & low fat cottage cheese

Meal 3: Jimmy John's Italian Night club with hot peppers (post workout)

Meal 4: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 5: 1/3 lb of beef with colby jack

Meal 6: protein bar

Meal 7: will be 2 small chicken breasts, maybe some low fat cottage cheese

Haven't been eating crap like that sub, but I got a cheat meal in after my workout today. I will be cooking some eggs as well tonight or in the morning

Got in the gym much earlier that I have been, since I started going to the gym again. Glad I did & it felt great! Did shoulders & chest. I have been doing them every other week because my shoulder still gets very irritated on press movements. Thought I would try a different approach to see if it would irritate it less & I think I will stick to it. Did less volume, but more weight.

Cardio: 10 mins run/walk, 10 mins elliptical

Rotator warm ups

Dumbbell bench press multiple angles: 5 sets of 40's×20, 60's×20, 85's×15, 105's ×12, 120's×10

Side delt dumbbell raise: 4 sets of 25's×20, 30's×15, 35's×12, 40's×10 dropped to 20's last set & did 10 more reps each arm

Dumbbell rear delt raise: 4 sets of 25's×20, 30's×15, 35's×12, 35's×12

Shoulder HURT, but no more than on when I do high volume presses. Actually, bothering me a little less now. Either way, I'll work through it

Nice workout bro but you have to get that cardio up. I’m going to stay on you about it until you do and you have productive pics to back it up. I know it’s hard to do sometimes but if you want to get shredded you have to do it.
