I seldom eat salads, but had a couple recently. This was from yesterday. With light ranch & a chicken wrap

Meal 1: peanut butter & milk

Meal 2: 2 jumbo eggs & 6 oz of steak

Meal 3: chicken & mushrooms with small amount of noodles

Meal 4: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 5: lean beef taco meat with hot salsa

Meal 6: will be szechuan chicken over small amount of rice

Kept the carbs very low today. At least much lower than I use to. Still working on getting better about that. Tonight will be my big cooking night. Will have chicken, tuna & beef

On your salads try Balsamic Vinaigrette
Or Rasberry vinigerette
They are clean and taste good!!

I felt like a beast today at the gym! I'd say it's probably a mix of getting into shape & the test starting to kick in a little stronger. Either way, I felt great & my aggression was pretty intense. Loved it

Arms

Cardo: 15 mins run/walk (did more at the end)

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 25

Dumbbell concentration curls: 5 sets of 20, 15, 12, 8, 8 drop set last set

Single arm preacher curls super set with single arm cable curls: 5 sets of each pc 12 reps & cc 10 reps all sets. Great pump off these!

Dumbbell skull crushers: 5 sets of 15, 12, 12, 12, 12 drop set last set

Ez bar pressdown super set with rope pressdowns: 5 sets each with ez bar at 20, 15, 12, 10, 10 & rp at 10 every set

Cardio: 10 mins elliptical

Including the super sets, I did 15 sets for biceps & 15 sets for triceps. I think that is a good range, so I will probably keep it there & just add more weight. My arms were so pumped! I will write this routine down & definitely do it again. Keeping the cardio coming as well
If it's kicking in things will happen.

It is for sure. I feel pumped all the time, horny as fu×+, agressive... lifting & sex is all I have on my mind at the moment! Kind of blunt I guess, but oh well lol. If I can continue getting better with my cardio & stay injury free, I may end up being in the best shape I've ever been in, when this contest is done. I'm shooting high brother & hella motivated!

I use Walden Farms zero calorie dressings. Taste a little different than the real thing but not bad.

Getting better buddy. The last few days, I've been keeping it between 25-35 mins. I will continue to increase it. I have legs in a bit, but I think I will keep the cardio the same for today, as I am trying to really pound out my legs on leg day! I am trying to keep diet & cardio as my #1 priority. I said I wasn't going to get real heavy with the weights for a while, but I don't know... getting tempting. Trying not to focus on strength, but I'm missing them heavy weights

Tortured legs today! Glad I got it in

Cardio: 25 mins- 15 mins run/walk, 10 mins elliptical

Squats: 4 sets of 135 × 10, 225 × 10, 315 × 10, 405 × 5

Single leg, leg press: every set done with 30 sec rest between sets! 5 sets 12, 12, 10, 10, 10 went from leg to leg on last set until I couldn't do another rep!

Single leg, leg extentions: 5 sets all sets until failure

Single leg, leg curls: 5 sets all sets until failure

Standing single leg calf raises: 5 sets of 10, 2 sets using both legs until failure

Been very aggressive last couple days, so I've been pretty much staying to myself. Using it in the gym though & it feels good. Told myself I wasn't going past 315 on squats, but I couldn't help myself. Had to try 405 to see where I'm at. At this rate, I may be able to 8-10 by mid April. I don't really shine on legs though. More strength on back & chest than anything, but I'm not pushing it this soon on shoulders & chest. I might try to hit the 120 lb dumbbells on flat bench for 8-10, but staying clear of barbell bench for now. Considering it's only my 2nd day on squats, I'm happy where I'm at

I am having some indigestion some days but I only used prilosec for 14 days then prevacid for 14 days

When i get it now I take a zantac 150
On those days.

What messes with my stomach.

Certain orals or caps cut with corn starch as filler
Whey protien fillers I have no prob with caps!!

Tren messes with stomach in a bad way at times but that is due to progest that tren is bile slows in stomach NOT LIVER with tren!!!

I know some people that CAN NOT TAKE A MULTI VITAMIN OR ELSE!!!

When i stop all orals and tren my stomach usually good.

I just have mild reflux atm but I do use a Vape I like my Nicotine and even a cigarette or 2 a day!!
But I vape menthol flavor all day.

U don't have to ramp up.
U can adjust to 50mcg
For say 7 days then up 10-15mcg every week are so and stay where u at 75-100mcg and comfortable.
I get really hot with it when first on.
Always hot in house AC gotta be at 71 degrees
With TREN real hot with t3 but right now in am adjusted but MT2 burns me up after I dose it.
And it dose alot for appetite control and insulin sensitivity and has speed up my metabolism more.
It's not just for a tan and it's really cheap because 10mg last a long time at 500-750mcg total per week

I generally start my t3 @50mcg and take it up by 25mcg till I hit 100. I take it down to 50mcg when I start my ECA stack so that I don’t get too jittery. The clen I start at 40mcg and go up by 20mcg every day or so. I see how I feel at 100 and sometimes go to 120 then go back down. Your body will adjust to clen over a two week time and become ineffective so it should be ran 2weeks on and 2 weeks off.

I never ramped up but also haven't been over 15% bf in 12 years.
I don't use clen since being back on adhd meds because meds are an amphetamine stimulate

Thanks for the input Push. I was actually reading your log earlier. I started today, which is just one day earlier. 50 mcg of t3 & about 15 mg of MK677. I felt fine, except I was hungry as hell!!! I was so hungry, I pulled over to get something to eat on the way to the gym, even though I had a big ass shake before I left! Was kind of pissed at myself because I had to drive around for about 40 mins to let my food at least slightly digest, but it made it better that I had one of the best back workouts I've ever had, along with some other exercises. I was wore out after, but I actually feel great now. I'll post my routine shortly

Such a good back day... very happy with it. I actually went until my grip gave out

Cardio: 15 mins run/walk, 10 mins elliptical, 5 mins heavy bag work. Got after it on that bag! Thought I was going to break a mirror..

Single arm machine rows: 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 went from arm to arm until failure on last set

Wide pull downs: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 getting the whole stack for 8 than dropping until failure

Single arm pull downs: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10 from arm to arm same weight until failure

Low cable rows: 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 10
Super set with
Barbell shrugs: 4 sets 135 × 30, 225 × 20, 315 × 10, 315 ×10 thought about going higher, but I just wanted to get a good squeeze & burn at the end of my workout

Crunch machine: 4 sets of 25, 20, 20, 20

No weights today. Just cardio & a few sets of abs. Did some sprints at the end of my workout too that kicked my butt!!! I knew some guy's that had their kids with em at the gym today & I guess they didn't this 246 lb guy could still sprint lol. I smoked em, but I was WHIPED out! I use to be good sprinter, but it's been a while

Did a couple 100 yard sprints to finish off
