10 mins run/walk treadmill
3 sets of leg raise crunches for 20 all sets
3 sets of crunches for 25 all sets
10 more mins of run/walk treadmill at the end
Great sweat. Glad I put cardio on it's own day & will keep it that way. I plan on increasing my cardio by at least 2 mins each cardio session
Do you feel like cardio one day a week is a enough? I see my bf drop best when I run cardio everyday. I do 40-45 mins on treadmill walking at 3-3.5mph at an in-line of 6-8. If you are seeing the results let’s you want to see that’s great. I can see some changes in your pics and you’ve got a hell of a foundation to build on.

Thank you very much for being honest! No, I am not happy with where my cardio is at. Something I need to get more serious about & is also something I have been saying I needed to improve for a while, but have not. I wrestled many years ago & my cardio was awesome than! Since than though... it's been crap! The idea was to take 2 days off the weights a week & use those days to work up to where I could do a large amount of cardio. Now that we're talking about it though, it doesn't sound like the best plan. I might just go back to doing it every day except off days. Just do more & that's all there is to it! I'll find the motivation for it from now on. I appreciate the feedback
