10 mins run/walk treadmill

3 sets of leg raise crunches for 20 all sets

3 sets of crunches for 25 all sets

10 more mins of run/walk treadmill at the end

Great sweat. Glad I put cardio on it's own day & will keep it that way. I plan on increasing my cardio by at least 2 mins each cardio session

Do you feel like cardio one day a week is a enough? I see my bf drop best when I run cardio everyday. I do 40-45 mins on treadmill walking at 3-3.5mph at an in-line of 6-8. If you are seeing the results let’s you want to see that’s great. I can see some changes in your pics and you’ve got a hell of a foundation to build on.

Thank you very much for being honest! No, I am not happy with where my cardio is at. Something I need to get more serious about & is also something I have been saying I needed to improve for a while, but have not. I wrestled many years ago & my cardio was awesome than! Since than though... it's been crap! The idea was to take 2 days off the weights a week & use those days to work up to where I could do a large amount of cardio. Now that we're talking about it though, it doesn't sound like the best plan. I might just go back to doing it every day except off days. Just do more & that's all there is to it! I'll find the motivation for it from now on. I appreciate the feedback

You are a BIG man and it takes time. We are usually our own worst critic. I’m not happy at this point with my cardio either. Thinking about trying to get in at least 3 session in the evening. But if you want to lose fat cardio and a clean diet are where it’s at. The great thing about gear is that when we cut, even at a big calorie deficit it helps us to maintain muscle mass.

That sounds like wisdom to me & again... glad you pointed that out! I've been all about lifting some weights & have been putting in minimal effort towards the cardio. I'm hitting cardio again today though. Probably along with some back. I will get an update on where my weight is at & what my routine was like

Had a great back workout. Strength is still going up & I am about where I was before all the medical stuff with my lifts, except chest/shoulder day & still got work on legs to do. Strength up & weight holding, so hopefully I am starting to lean... hopefully!

Weight: 242 lbs

Cardio: 12 mins- 8 mins run/walk, 4 mins elliptical

Lat pulldowns: 2 warm up sets of 20

Pull ups: 3 sets, 2 sets of 15 & 1 weighted set of 10

Tbar row: 3 sets, 2 plates × 15, 3 plates × 12, 4 plates × 10

Lat pull downs: 3 sets of 12, 8, 8

Low cable row: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10 drop set last set

Barbell shrugs: 3 sets of 30, 20, 12

With cardio I just have to suck it up myself put my ear buds in strap myself to the equipment and just force it ,after 20 min I'm gtg for 60 min or more if needed just gotta get past that 15-20 hump and push on

That's a good mindset. I'm getting myself there now. I will be doing my workout shortly & there will definitely be cardio included

Btw, does anyone get a loss of appetite with dbol? Not doing anything I haven't done before, except the dbol & my appetite is about half as good as what it usually is for over a week now. I'm usually a really big eater... obviously lol

Killed my legs today! Probably my most intense workout since the start of the contest. Increased the cardio a little bit more too & will continue to do so.

Cardio: 15 mins run/walk, 5 mins elliptical

Dumbbell lunges: 3 sets 45's × 8, 60's ×7, 75's × 6. Did these immediately after cardio & never stopped sweating!

Single leg leg press: 4 sets of 15, 12, 12, 10, 30 sec rest between sets & drop set last set... killer burn!

Leg extentions: 4 sets of 20, 15, 15, 12 drop set last set

Seated leg curls: 4 sets of 25, 15, 12, 10 drop set last set

Standing single leg calf raises: 4 sets of 10, burn out with both legs last set

Took minimal rest between all sets & it really worked me over. Great feeling to get it in. Was soaked when I got done & that's what I need the most

Any oral will start to suppress appetite because they beat up your liver and when your hepatoxicity starts to climb your appetite goes by by big man! Thats why i never mess with orals way too much side effects for not enough return. I use the injectable d-bol instead or injectable anadrol or if the drug doesnt have an injectable version than i have no need for it.
2ndly bro you need to make cardio part of your lifestyle especially if you want to make better gains overall than cardio will keep you leaner and allow you to hain more actual muscle than just bulk. You shouldnt even consider bulking unless you are 10% bf or under thats why people make the best gains on rebounds after dieting for a show. When your bf level is under 10% your body will use calories primarily for building muscle and burning fat. It automatically repartitions the calories towards tissue repair and accumulation instead of fat storage. But it doesnt stay that way if you allow yourself to gain fat along the way but being loose with your diet or slacking on cardio. Once the body gets to 12-13% bf it start adding fat along with muscle and eventually just fat as your bf level climbs. Thats because adipose tissue (fat) sends out a chemical in the body that tells the body to store morecalories as fat which is a nightmare scenerio. So the leaner you keep yourself year round the bigger you will end up ultimately. Hope that helps and is why i stay so lean all the time! Keep on killing it brotha

Thank you for the advice bro & that all seems to make sense. I agree with you on the cardio, which is why I am increasing it now & will increase even more. I want to get to a point where I do at least 30 mins of every workout with ease! Some days more. I've never REALLY put hardcore effort into to getting lean, but I am motivated for it now & will be doubling my effort. Was always just about weights, except for sports in school. I will say though, I took some adex earlier & am already feeling better. Just been off lately & I don't think I was taking enough. I am usually sensitive to that stuff & can take .5mg every few days & be fine. Now, I will take eod like most guys do. Never had to do that before, but dbol is definitely giving me some extra estrogen!

Also, I admit I have much to learn, especially about gear & the best habits to have while on it. This transformation & the feedback I'm getting could be the best thing for me, as far as in a bodybuilding sense. My 2 cycles have been childs play, compared to the rest of you guys! I will buckle down on my effort to get lean & not so much into strength, like I did all them years before I started cycling. I am making a goal now... 250+ & far leaner than when I started this contest! I'm gonna make that shit happen

U used to think I can bulk and end up lean but learned long ago!!!

We are trying to transform u Big Beef into a body builder
We work on small waist, broad upper body and legs and the look is way bigger this way.

After a cut and lean is when we are primed for growth and will keep lean physic.
This is truly what i learned over years.
Yates taught us this specifically!!!

Make body effient while holding muscle and really that is what gear is far.

I don't use many orals st all these days.
Am doing adrol but I normally only run Anavar

Btw, does anyone get a loss of appetite with dbol? Not doing anything I haven't done before, except the dbol & my appetite is about half as good as what it usually is for over a week now. I'm usually a really big eater... obviously lol
With myself i get no probs with orals and appetite but in use to min and hardly ever.
My liver function and lipids perfect because I don't use much orals
Except anavar and it doesn't affect me liver
U do labs 3x a year.
From seldom using them my liver recovers fast but I run low and for short periods.

Proviron NOT LIVER TOXIC

Winny, Anadrol, Superdrol, halo, and mtren
All BAD BAD BAD FOR LIVER
I may run one of these every couple years and once at the most

That is reason I use prino, anavar, mast, test and a little deca
Tren only for cuts
The ones I run are mild. Like primo and mast with anavar as oral.
It's not a race it's a marathon and getting to end goal takes time and dedication not more or stronger gear.

I did same thing brother.
And until I put it into the cut and saw results I was shocked.

I get stronger lifting on a cut.

I can plan a bulk with hardly any gear but a cut takes way more gear and the androgenic stuff makes me a lifting machine.
Believe it or not muscle still grows during these times of cutting.
It just didn't retain bloat false gains that only deflate.
Cutting to ever 10-12% all muscle can be kept.

I like to Cut to 5-6% then lean bulk around 10-12% at most.
So staying around there important.

The thing with me is I no longer wanna be much bigger.
So I am approaching only slow gains of 4 lbs of muscle per year.
In 3 years that's a 215 lb 5% cut which I an huge at that.
In early 30s i stayed between 208 and 220 at 5%-13%
U had set backs hormone failure and some life battles that sent me to 180lbs

But at 5'8" even at 180 I look huge
People thought I was 225 then.

I am 204 atm guys think I am 230-240

I have already went down to 3% bf and every vien and muscle was visible.
Grainy as u can imagine.
Only thing was face was skinny but my weight was 178 at 3% bf
I still looked big
Waist was 28" and shoulders chest arms and legs were huge.
Arms were 17-1/2" at that weight and bf
