Decided to do back today, instead of legs. I had a lot of aggression & I just felt the need to hammer my back. I feel I need to get more hardcore, so I will be focusing more on intensity from now on & also adding more volume

Cardio: 5 mins stairs

Machine row: 4 sets of 15, 12, 8, 8 drop set all sets

Lat pulldown: 6 sets- 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10 & 2 sets of neutral grip 8, 8 drop set last set

Low cable rows: 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 drop set last set

Took a couple pics today. Still needing to drop bf. I have a plan for that in the weeks to come & will stick to it

Going to be cooking up all kinds of stuff today. Lots of burger later too. This omelette took 3 jumbo eggs, 2 cups of egg whites, half a pound of turkey bacon, low fat cheddar & I cooked the jalapenos into the egg. Will actually make 2 meals, along with wheat toast. Going to eat this & than in about an hour, I am going to do my leg workout

Btw, I won't be getting that turkey bacon anymore. Didn't really look into the nutrition info before I bought it. Little more fat than what I thought turkey bacon would have

Got a good one today for sure. Close to getting sick, so I was pushing it. Definitely didn't intend on doing squats, but I got impulsive & did em anyway....

Cardio: 5 mins stairs

Barbell squats: 4 sets of 135 × 20, 225 × 12, 275 × 10, 315 × 10

Single leg, leg press machine: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10 drop set last set

Single leg, leg extentions: 4 sets of 20, 15, 15, 15 drop set last set

Single leg, leg curls: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12 drop set last set

Single leg calf raise: 4 sets of 10. Switched legs every set multiple times until failure

Told myself I would just shoot for volume when I did squats again & only do 225 lb, but I went up to 315 anyway. Been months since I've done em though, so I was happy where I was at. Was tempting to do sets of 400+, but I figured since this was my first squat day in a while, I'll wait a little longer. Only issue I had, was this big ass lump I've got between my rear delt & trap, where the bar was laying! Don't know what the hell happened...

Didn't have anything today to put the date on or I would have. Anyway, mainly just wanted to show what I look like from the side. I obviously need to cut down more, but you can actually see my abs better from the side than you can the front. Look way more bloated from the front! I think my abs are going to look really big, if I ever get ripped. Probably not a good thing. Not complaining... just being honest. Worked arms today. Will post routine in a bit

Been pretty nauseous the last couple days & ain't felt the best, but it's lining itself out now I think. Could be a # of things, so I'm not sure exactly what caused it. Haven't had much of an appetite lately, but it's looking better today

Meal 1: powdered peanut butter & whey shake, with some pb

Meal 2: white chicken chili

Meal 3: 2 chipotle chicken burritos

Meal 4: whey protein shake

Meal 5: 1/4 lb lean beef

Meal 5: margherita chicken with sweet potato fries (eating soon, hope to have a pic of it)

Meal 6: probably will be lean beef with light cream of mushroom

Arm day today. Couldn't get enough!

Cardio: 10 mins jog

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 20

Dumbbell concentration curls: 4 sets of 20, 15, 10, 10 drop set last set

Dummbell skull crushers: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12 drop set last set

Single arm preacher curl machine: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 7 drop set last set

Pressdown machine: 4 sets of 25, 20, 15, 10 drop set last set

Single arm cable curls: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12 drop set last set

Ez bar cable pressdown: 4 sets of 20, 15, 10, 10 drop set last set

Dumbbell hammer curls (not alternating) super set with rope pressdowns: 3 sets until failure on all sets, with no rest. Killer burn!!!

As I said before, I've got to push harder! Like I have been the last couple days, but even harder! The healthier my shoulder gets, the more I can do. Can't hit chest & shoulders like I am arms quite yet, but it won't be long. These workouts are long though, so I might start doing cardio on it's own day, along with abs. I'll probably double my cardio too, by doing it on it's own day

I have the pills of ACV!!
I stopped using didnt see a benifit and contributed to stomach issues!!!

Since I changed gear, took Flagyl antibiotic,
Added Cabar, switch Aromasin to letro
Stomach great!!!
Going back to Adex or Aromasin used low letro while waiting on Adex

But the ACV didn't see I benifit

I agreee brother, but I haven't got a lot of feedback on cycle advice in previous posts, which is why I've been asking you directly. Not complaining, but when I'm in a hurry to figure something out... I'm sure you know what I mean.

Anyway, I am still debating on the peptides I am going to be running hopefully very soon & what all else I will be running along with the test. Was going to be mk677 originally, but I don't have access at the moment. Considering ghrp-2, ghrp-6 or ipamorelin or any other suggestions any might have. Mechanic had suggested ipamorelin with cjc 1295, if I remember right. I've been researching since last night, as my knowledge of ghrp's & some other peps, are very limited. Unlike a lot of what I've researched on sups, gear & all that, peoples views on peptides & the importance on them is all over the place! Frustrating when researching! Besides, I'd rather get trusted advice from you all anyway. Will be running sus at 650 mg, t3 at 50mcg & whatever peptides I decide to throw in. As of right now, I am leaning towards the suggestion of ipamorelin with cjc

10 more mins of run/walk treadmill at the end

Great sweat. Glad I put cardio on it's own day & will keep it that way. I plan on increasing my cardio by at least 2 mins each cardio session

Great sweat. Glad I put cardio on it's own day & will keep it that way. I plan on increasing my cardio by at least 2 mins each cardio session

Do you feel like cardio one day a week is a enough? I see my bf drop best when I run cardio everyday. I do 40-45 mins on treadmill walking at 3-3.5mph at an in-line of 6-8. If you are seeing the results let’s you want to see that’s great. I can see some changes in your pics and you’ve got a hell of a foundation to build on.
