Looks like you do love back day, Strong workout. I've never heard of those DQ things. It's prob for the best, they would kill me.

Making some necessary changes to my training split & will list them now. Will be putting much more focus on my legs..
Day 1: biceps, triceps & abs
Day 2: legs
Day 3: off
Day 4: back & abs
- will be going slightly lighter & doing less pull ups per set, but more sets
Day 5: legs
Day 6: off
Day 7: chest, shoulders & traps
- will be doing just push ups & flyes for chest. Shoulder movements will be very light & doing press, instead of free weight
Day 8: off
Wheels need some extra attention. Besides, this will give the upper body some more recovery time

Weight: 242 lbs, only 1 pound gain in last 2 days. Ai has helped for sure
Cardio: 8 mins elliptical, 4 mins bike
Single leg, leg press: 4 sets 12, 12, 8, 8 every set I hit both legs twice until failure. Great pump!
Single leg, leg extentions: 4 sets of 15, 12, 8, 8 each set hit both legs twice
Single leg, leg curls: 12, 10, 10, 10 each set hit both legs twice
Standing single leg calf raises: 4 sets of 8 all sets hit each leg twice
Pretty much like doubling my sets with this training to failure on all sets approach. Great pump!

Hang in there brotherTook a day off from the gym. Lot of shit going on last couple days & staying busy. It was needed anyway
Gear: 20 mg dbol, 500 mg sus. Pinned 250 mg today
Sups/vitamins: multivitamin, glucosamine, milk thistle, taurine, zinc, potassium gluconate & niacin. Been taking all since the start of log, except zinc & milk thistle
U are ready for a stack like that brother I have known your whole history.Enjoying some kratum tonight, so I'm a little extra chatty lol. Been debating on getting some npp soon. Not sure if it's the right move or not. I am probably going to bump the dbol up to 30 mg in the next day or 2. Will be 500 mg sustanon & 30 mg of dbol. I will also throw clen in last couple weeks of cycle, to focus on getting lean at the end. Week 5 or 6 will end dbol, so as of right now, it will be just sus. I feel like I need a little something else to add in though. Probably do a little more research on npp now & figure out what I want to do
