Funny you mention that because I am getting some pretty bad acid reflux the last 2 days. I think it's the dbol. Started yesterday & read quite a few reviews of other guys having this issue with dbol & other orals. Maybe not that, but I kind of think it is
Yes alot of orals including tren inject, interupt bile flow from liver.
It's slows acids or overflows them.
Bile reflux and acid reflux a company each other.
Best thing is to eat easy digestive foods
Take digest enzymes probiotics and avoid fats.
I am trying now so I can stop the prevacid.

I have some digestive enzymes & will start taking them again. My diet will get better too very soon, so that will help

I haven't done well in a,while but woman is on a health kick and lost like 30lbs doing keto she looks great so the two of us will do better.
I will put together some for our goals including all the things to speed up digestion and metabolism low carb.
I will send them to u or post.

I second that the kefier probiotic yogurt saved me from horrible stomach issues got it from Whole Foods that and I would drink kombucha which also helps

Weight today: 236 lb. 2 pound increase from yesterday & a total of 4 pounds in last 3 days. Good thing I started the dbol low!

Killer back & abs day!!!

Cardio: 5 mins elliptical (slacking! I'll add more from now on)

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 20

Crunch machine: 2 sets of 20

Pull ups: 2 sets of 12

Lat pull down: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10 ds last set

Tbar row: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 12 (ended with 4 plates)

Low machine row single arm: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10 ds last set

Machine lat pull down: 1 set that I dropped down 2 times for 12, 8, 6

I was really excited to be doing pull ups again! Anyone who knows me, knows I love pull ups, so this made my day. I've got a long ways to go before I do as many as I use to. Same way with tbar row... much work to do, but happy I can at least get 4 plates for a set of 12

I think the dbol is cranking up my libido already. Can't keep my hand off of it! Trying to get one of these women over here & having no luck... damn it! Well, guess it's time for another workout lol

Meal 2: lean beef on wheat toast

Meal 3: low fat cottage cheese & low fat pepperjack

Meal 4: more lean beaf on wheat toast with jalapenos (post workout)

Meal 5: protein shake

Meal 6: half a chicken breast, 2 eggs & small amount of rice

I will probably spend some time today getting meals ready for a few days. Part of my effort to control this diet. Pinned 250 mg sus this morning & than took my dbol. Btw, I am using 25 gauge 1 1/2 inch. Just what I had from previous cycle

Just added a few more fats and protein. Still only about 150-200 carbs a day, maybe that's not enough. I don't want to go nuts with them, I'm too old and my ass giggles for a week If I look at a piece of cake.

I know what ya mean! I am a big eater & always have been, so dieting is the toughest part for me. I've been making up for it though with some of these cheat meals! I'll post my meals later

Lol yeah, that cake will do it. I was actually taking some advice from other members & lowered my carbs, but it still needs some progress. Sometimes it's tricky to find that sweet spot. For me, I am 236 & the scale just keeps going up, so I have to be careful, so I don't blow up like a balloon!

Today was a frustrating, but productive day, as far as my chest & shoulder routine go's. This is the first day of chest & shoulders, so it was kind of a feeling out process

Band warm ups

Dumbbell shoulder press: 2 sets of 20, 15 (this felt real rough, so I stopped before I tore something)

Push ups: 3 sets of 20

Dumbbell bench press: 4 sets 50's × 20, 70's × 20, 80's × 15, last set I did 70 in left hand & 100 in right × 10

Cable fly: 4 sets of 25, 20, 15, 12 ds last set

Machine shoulder press: 3 sets of 20, 15, 15 (felt way better than free weights!)

Leaning side dumbbell raise: 3 sets of 15

Rear delt raises on incline bench: 3 sets of 20, 15, 12

Barbell shrugs: 3 sets of 25, 15, 15 ds last set

Probably confusing to read all that. I had to test my shoulder to see what I could & couldn't do. Side delt raises were still a little rough & I'm going to stick to machine presses for at least a couple weeks, instead of free weight. Flat dumbbell bench felt surprisingly good, but it started hurting pretty bad on left side when I went to the 80's. Right arm feels great, but can't do as much for the lack of the left arm. Strength hasn't dropped much at all. A couple more weeks & I think I should be doing the 120's again for 10 to 12

I haven't been posting my cheat meals.
Speaking of big eaters nobody understands where my food goes.
I eat whole cakes. Yeah I will eat the whole thing.
About 4 years ago u stayed under 9% Body fat mostly 8 no matter what i ate.

Around 30 u had to follow a diet to loose weight after around 33 after maintaining low bf my metabolism got really high and nothing mattered I ate and ate.
When i would get on cycle or blast my muscles would just grow abs would flare out on dbol!
Had 2 heat strokes and all that changed but still defy the rules of cals and activity!!!
But gotta be careful more but I try to stay under 14% if possible by all means
But to get to 7% don't have to change much! Crazy
