I love a good log. Seen your pics from early this year and a couple from this month. Looking like you’ve come a good ways. Going to read more on this log as it’s a big one tonight and tomorrow. Looking forward to watching your process big guy.

I appreciate the compliments. Honestly, I came in with more body fat than I have ever had. Was a rough start, but I was happy as could be to be hitting the weights again! Stronger now than I have been in a while & feeling good. Hope ya like the log. Any questions... just ask.

Just now getting to update my log. I've been pretty busy at work lately. That's why I've been posting so late.

Arms & abs

Cardio: 14 mins elliptical. Last 7 mins high intensity. Only had 1 hour 15 mins, so chose to cut cardio short. Needed to get some ab work in.

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 25

Super set with

Twisting crunches: 3 sets until failure

Leg raises: 3 sets of 25

Dumbbell concentration curls: 7 sets of 25 × 15, 35 × 12, 45 × 8, 55 × 7, 65 × 5, 65 × 5, 50 × 8

Super set with

Ez grip pressdown: 6 sets of 15, 12, 12, 10, 10, 8

Single arm preacher machine curls: 5 sets of 10, 5, 5, 5, 8

Super set with

Single arm cable pressdown: 5 sets of 10, 10, 10, 8, 8

* did one giant set of next 2 exercises.

Machine preacher curl: 1 giant set of 8, 5, 6, 10

Super set with

Reverse grip cable pressdown: 1 giant set of 12, 10, 10

This ended my workout with a great pump! Took a break off skullcrushers for the day. Giving my elbows a break. Felt good, except bp is a little high & the lack of sleep is making me feel off. Considering dropping tren & moving to something else. Just haven't decided exactly what else I will be throwing in yet. I will give an update when I make a decision.

Running behind to the gym again this morming. Got pulled over this time, so as you can imagine... been a shit day so far! Anyway, did legs, but had very limited amount of time.

Legs

Cardio: 15 mins elliptical. Around 165 strides per min entire time.

Barbell squats: 5 sets pf 135 × 15, 225 × 10, 315 × 8, 405 × 5, 405 × 5

Plate loaded leg press: 4 sets of 14 plates × 8, 16 plates × 7, 18 plates × 6, 20 plates × 5

Seated leg extentions: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8

Super set with seated leg curls: 5 sets of 12, 12, 10, 8, 8

Standing calf raise machine: 5 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10, 10

Btw, I will post diet of today as soon as I get a chance. Haven't done it & I want to stay on top of that. Made some changes to my gear as well, that I will share later.

Gear changes

Test prop: 700 mg a week
MK677: 25 mg a day
Andarine s4: 50 mg a day

I decided to drop the tren ace. I ran it for a couple weeks longer this time than I did on my second cycle & will most likely run it for longer than that on my next cycle (4th cycle). Also bump up test prop dosage. I've had some andarine sitting around for a while & since I heard it was good for cutting & strength, I figured I would give it a shot. Never used it before. For those that don't know, it is a SARM. Supposedly, it has some mild & temporary vision sides, but I am not to concerned. I will keep you all updated on all that.

I just measured them with a tape measure, since you asked & just for the hell of it. Not sure what's considered big & hopefully I measured em right. Measure them no pump...

Top of the thigh: 29 inches

Middle of the thigh: 26 inches

Few inches for the knee: 24 inches

I guess I'd probably be around 30 inches pumped, towards the top of my thigh. Just estimating.

Diet

Meal 1: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 2: 1/2 lb burger on bun with ketchup, pickle & onion

Meal 3: 1 jumbo egg, 3/4 cup of egg white & oatmeal

Meal 4: large chicken breast & a few chips

Meal 5: powdered peanut butter

Meal 6: pork loin about 6 oz & 1 cup of reheated chili

It's meal preparing time. Going to be fixing the same meals I made the other day. Chicken, lean burger, fish, eggs & pork. That will pretty much wipe me out of meat, so I will be hitting the store Saturday for sure.

Meals for the day

Meal 1: whey & powdered peanut butter protein shake

Meal 2: large flour tortilla with shredded chicken & 2 tbsp of queso

Meal 3: 1 & 1/2 tilapia fillets & a pork sandwich

Meal 4: pork loin 5-6 oz

Meal 5: powdered peanut butter mixed 5 tbsp

Meal 6: whey protein shake

Meal 7: eggs with hot salsa on 1 tortilla

Decided I am going to work arms tomorrow. I just worked them a couple 2 or 3 days ago, but they need to grow. Besides & no whining intended, but my shoulder is flared up pretty good. Going to skip chest for a few more days, but I will throw in a few sets of bench tomorrow for tri's, which will give my chest at least a little work. I did a few sets of abs tonight, so I could just focus on cardio & arms tomorrow morning.

Leg raise crunches: 3 sets of 20

Ab wheel: 3 sets of 12 rolls each set, going all angles to hit obliques as well.

Haven't worked out yet. Not sure what I will work later or if I will at all. Went swimming today for most the day. Good exercise, but I got burnt like an sob! If I don't do an all out workout later, I might at least do a short ab routine.
