Thanks bro, I was deciding weather or not to train legs today cause they were still sore from friday my hammies and ass still hurt so I was stretching ym chest and low and behold no pain even in the extended stretches so I worked it with usual heavy but less sets and it felt pretty good. :wutyousay:

Thanks bro, I am trying to do atleast 5 cardio sessions a week but I am so sore today so I am taking thursday off to hit legs day hard on friday maybe about 5 sets of full basketball court lunge walks end and back, to kill the hammies and glutes. Then afterward follow up with front squats maybe 225 for sets of 12 and then make shit up from there to effectively hit the quads and hammies.

I am so happy I weighed in at 305 so im about to be outta the 300's and that is just uberly exciting.
