[Leg Press]

[BB SLDL]

1 x 10 @ 135 lbs.

I was so drained, after the deadlifts I was thinking about just quitting.
But I pushed forward and finished the workout, and im getting all kinda of pulsing back cramps. So it was a good one. biggrinsanta

You're def. strong like a bull - but I guess you have to be with all those Muscletech supps... You're taking more powder every WO than I do in a month...

HAHA Thxs flash, all the Muscle tech stuff is pills except the superpump and the Nitro tech. So im popping like literally 12 pill on non-wo days and 22 pill on WO days.

dude it's the one of the greatest pumps to feel,it's simply amazing. the heavy dead's don't get that for me but the 20 rep volume.... phew you gotta try it even if it's the last set going real light.

Alot of people tell me that and im sure I could do it and do well but football just isn't my thing, lifting is lol. Playing football would make me miserable. So that's why I'll get ym CJ Degree and stick to lifting. santasmile

So Wendsday i am going on vacation it took me 2 weeks to find a hotel with or close to a gym lmao thats was one of the explicable details i was looking for ...a gym I will take videos and attempt to find a internet lab and post them if not I will make a huge vacation collection of lifting and sight seeing and post it here.

I honestly maxxed out about every machine and even put dumbells on top of the racked weights. Somehow even when dieting I am gettign stronger. :xmashsughdunno:

Okay so my gym has no AC or venting what so ever ... it was 102 degrees today so in the gym it was about 110. My balls were sweating, and still got an awesome workout the pumps were mind boggling.

Thanks fellas im here now on vacation usning the hotel internet computer, it's on dial-up lol.

anywho due to the christams holidays and all the local gym was closed and shit so I will be doing to a double gym day on monday of chest during the am and legs in the pm.

Also upon my return I will be doing changing up my workout days to include my works to the legs. Im not pleased with thier thickness so ima give them more attention in the next couple of week.
