Thxs man, nah it's nothing serious just a pull I should have prolly stopped at set 2 on the flat press which I kinda vowed to stay a away from but eh.:angrydude:

First off this was the best bicep burn in a long time I must have pre-exhausted them from the delt work. I wanted to stay away from pressing in order to quickly recover from a pulled pec muscle.:keke:

Oh and I love the Incline DB supported rows. I also used to do them and the shrug variation (Kelso Shrug book and/or Brawn) which were great for the upper back.

Okay funny story I took superpump today I wasn't paying attention and put in 3 1/2 scoops I shurrged it off didn't feel it was a big deal I was fucking wrong by the I got to the gym it felt like someone turned on a heater in ym chest lol and that heat slowly spread 1 hour inot the work out I was filled with energy but felt like I was going to internally combust any minute lmao.

Haha yes they were seated, although I had to stand to orginally position that weight, then sat to knock out reps.

Ahh the DB rows ware nice for me ass well it allowed less cheating.
