Well it was a different feeling not the burning 3 day DOMS, but a general weakness for a couple days and a nagging sore. Still great though :gaysign:

Some serious strength there,static holds are impressive, i do those on a technogym seating preacher
but not that high of weight, def helps bicep pump :)
