Yea I know bro, although my triceps and pec are individually very strong now, my presses have gone down since I haven't done them in ages.
So I may iso muscle and alternate that in every other week with presses.

32 oz. of Ron Paul saliva, Roated OStriach broth, T-Rex DNA (Semen), and 50 kilos of heroine.

Boil until dark brown stay away from the fumes and allow to settle for 2 days, warm and serve.

Now for the answer to Natzo.

I have actually been straying from my diet badly due to money constraints and college semester starting. But starting 1st of Feb my diet will hit a new regime by the intro ductions of carbs since losing about 15 lbs. on the Zero Carb diet.

I will bring back carbs and keep calories below 2000 a day along with 3 hours of cardio a week.

Example of my daily meal intake.... now before any of you doushe bags comment on food over shakes Meal 4 and 5 are not at home or near a kitchen the gym is an hour away driving and I work out for 2 hours then go home that's 4 hours total minimum shakes are all I got.

Meal 1: Meat (Chicken)
Meal 2: Egg Whites/Sliced Chicken and Rice
Meal 3: Turkey Club Sandwich /w cheese and mayo.
Meal 4: Protien Shake With Metamusil, Pre WO Supps.
Meal 5: Protien Shake. (During WO Shake)
Meal 6: Chicken and Brown Rice
Meal 7:
Casein Shake and Steak

I should be about 290 lbs. by the end of Feb.
