Like the two sessions of leg presses. And the walking lunges are the shit!!!

Oh and this is a great recipe. But how the hell do you get that special ingredient? Last time I tried to get some of Chuck's beard I had better luck ripping it out of Bruce Lee's hand after he had ripped it off Chuck.

Thanks man and soon bro I am working on a nice 9 minute inspiration vid with music and awesome camera angle. Motivation style for the Mecca.

I got a film guy lined up to film it ad i'll do it after I lose about 5 more pounds I promise bro lol. you won't be disappointed and Skeptic might jerk a couple knuckle children to it you know how he is. lol. :omgwtf:

Man it was hard I had to wait till he was sleeping right... so then I attempted to use tweazered but got roundhouse kicked and woke up a year later then I tried duck tape and did a tape snatch and got unto a helicopter and flew away. it was hard man good cardio session.

Yea man the lunges kick my ass literally the glutes are sore.
