So instead of deload, I'm just spending the days with snot, semi-fever og soreness all over my skimpy little body. F*ck it - just looking forward to be able to exercise again. And today, ironically, I got a tub of 'Jack3d' fra UPS Labs. Starting on monday, fingers crossed :)

After a week with snot and sickness I finally dragged my ass to the gym for a rehab session...

Treadmill: 5 km. 26,17 min. incl. warmup.
Damn near killed me. Had to take cut in run up in 300-600 meter 10/13 km/h bits, but still got a decent time...

Late night training before the graveyard shift. Felt a little nausea before heading put the door, but thought a bike ride in the fresh air and some good ol' BB! training would help, but it didn't. Strange to train while feeling like I was going to puke at the end of every set... But hey! It was arms-day!

Tuesday 21.12:

So I got sick again last week - darn kids and thier kindergardens. Spend the weekend recuperating and yesterday getting all the christmas shopping done. Had a good workout today at St. City with a good friend. Felt kind of weak, though, but no surprise after some days with fever and sitting on the can... My right shoulder is pretty messed up and I have to really pay attention to it, or it will get worse. So pressing will be done iin the Smith ma. and Hammer Strength ma. untill it's better. Had the same problem some 1? years ago, where I couldn't bench for most of 8 months, so worked around it, and actually came out stronger in the bench than when I got the "semi-injury".

Other than that I got only one new years resolution: Screw programs! Even though I can come up with a good, stample, logic program, that covers all bases, I'm just not cut out to follow a strict, layed out scheme, where I have to do certain numbers in certain workouts. I've been training for over 13 years now, so I know my body and I know when and how to listen to it. So if I want destroy my pecs, blast my back or do concentration curls 'till I puke, I'll do it. Training has to be fun and it has been for the last year, where i've followed a basic chest/arms + back/delts rutine. And if it ain't broken, why fix it?
