Great workout. Really needed to work out after some days of being with the family and just eating all the time = epic. But being alone in the gym with my ipod and the weigths is just a must for me. Still a little puzzled with Jack3d, that I'm taking during warmups. Doesn't really do anything during most of the workout, but at the end, I get some almost numbing pumps and get also "electrified" in the muscles that I'm working - which is mostly smaller musclegroups, like arms, calves. And it's ok, since I'm still downing a coffeeshot (smaller, though), which keeps me buzzed for the first half of the workout, and then Jack3d or SuperPump or whatevs takes over. But I need 2 scoops now to feel the effect. Oh well...
