'I didn't want to be heavy!' Bodybuilder Scott Evennett drops 12 KILOS of muscle ahead of debut in new TV show Australian Ninja Warrior

By Kristy Johnson For Daily Mail Australia

In order to shed the weight, Scott placed his focus on nutrition, sticking to a diet of high fat and protein, but lowered his intake of carbohydrates.

Scott's comments come ahead of the Australian TV debut of Ninja Warrior, the franchise that sees athletes compete against each other to complete challenging obstacle courses.

The sports entertainment competition will see former English cricketer Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff co-host, alongside Rebecca Maddern and Ben Fordham.
