Simple question, if you could get a "genetical boost" to one of your body parts, which one would be ?
By genetical boost I mean that a body part, let's say biceps, becomes extremely well developed. Even if you were to stop training, forever, the biceps would always be very above average. And if you trained them, they would become Ronnie Coleman/Markus Ruhl big.
By body parts I mean:
Delts
Biceps
Triceps
Pecs
Latissimus Dorsi + Traps
Quads + hams
Calves
Back erectors
Abs
etc...
I for one, would choose deltoids. Especially middle delts. No matter how skinny or untrained you are, if you have good delts you have a "wide" look and I fucking love that. Besides, I have shitty middle delts by default, so a genetical boost would be fucking sweet.
