Great squats mate, you're strength I can see is going to skyrocket, esp in those back squats.

Sweet measurements too mate. You're damn arms are nearly bigger than mine! :p

hey lance, great to have u back in my log bro:2: ye i hope the back squats comes up alittle since ive just started doing em. feel the carryover from fronts to back squats is pretty good. haha, how big are ur arms now anyway? 50 cm lol? anyways how u doing mate and hows ur training going?

10 minutes on treadmill as general warmup + some rotator cuff internal and external rotations.


Military press:

3 warmup sets

65kgx3
72.5kgx3
80kgx7 felt much stronger than last week.

Assistance work:

5 sets of weighted pullups

5 sets of weighted dips

1 set of db lateral raises

1 set of rear delt machine

2 sets of decline EZ bar extensions

that was it. tomorrow deadlifts. until then:2:

Yeh I think they'll be a lot of carry over from doing those fronties. And also your deads went very high so that'll help also.

:rofl3: My arms are like 18 and a half. My training is going poor to be honest with you. Uni work, and gym closure due to sever weather has affected it. Currently I'm doing FB routine and I'm liking it. From Monday onwards I can do that 3 days a week because my exams will be over so I'm looking forward for that. Oh and my diet has been poo as well because I tend to not eat when i'm stressed due to exams and what not.

ONTOPIC:

Great workout mate! like I said once you get into it you'll be right and your strength will go up more after your long and well deserved break.

Looking forward to the deads tomorrow pal :gaysign:

Xiva: hehe, i know bro, theyre killer. at first i couldnt do even one by myself, now i do like 3-5 reps so its an improvement. definetely best hamstring exercise ive ever.

Training is going good. Tomorrow I am going to start Strongllifts 5x5 for 12 weeks and then I am going to give Bill Starr's 5x5 a shot! :thumbsup2:

For me, bodybuilding splits are a no no for me anymore, read a lot of stuff recently.I really can't wait to start it! How long you going to go with 5/3/1 for? obv it's still working. :turborun:
