Excelent squat! Your max should be somewhere near 200kg.

thanks guys:2: and rob, i appreciate the vote of confidence, but i can guarantee you that my Squat max is lower than 200 kg. prolly more like 185-190. I gotta be realistic, i would not get 200 atm, atleast not ATG. but im working on it:2:

Assistance work:

Pullups: 5 sets

Dips: 5 sets

Seated db side lateral raises: 2 sets

rear delt machine: 1 set

Shrugs: 1 set

Single arm db overhead extension: 1 set

done.

Yeh Bulky like Rob said, those are still some pretty heavy MP's goin on there. Make sure you eat plenty and rest up big fella :2:

Assistance work:

Lunges: 4 sets

GHR's: 3 sets

Romain Chair Situps: 4 sets


and that was it actually. was done in like 35 minutes, and didnt even feel like i had worked out lol. well well. a positive note from today was that im really getting better at the GHR's. today i did 13 by myself on the first set.

Super light deads there mate :keke:

Even though deload is shit, it's good because it gets the fire burning inside and motivates you lifting heavier next week.

deloading is a bitch, but makes the joints and muscles happy.

you're looking good for offseason. you're starting to get a really thick physique. your back stands out i think. wide and thick.
how much does your arms measure now?
posing wise i think you can work on your side poses. on the side chest pose you might wanna tuck in your left arm more, i think that'll make your chest stand out more. other than that it's looking good buddy;)

tell me about it! this whole week has just been plain boring training wise. but ye, my elbows were starting to complain alittle, so i guess a deload was needed.

thanks for the positive comments buddy. i agree about the side chest pose. not a strong pose for me really. my upper arms measure 46 cm now, and my forearms are 37 cm i think. its been awhile since ive measured them, but thats what they were last time and i doubt theyve shrunk lol.
