ha yeh deload's a bitch but its working for you because it's giving your body a break and then you build it all back up again. Like natzo said, just recharge those motivation batteries and next week you'll be on fire ;)

ure right guys. just gotta relax and let my body recuperate. its just hard to deload when ur in a good flow and lifting is going well. here is yesterdays session. im glad it was a deload session, cuz i really wasnt feeling to energetic when i walked into the gym.

5/3/1: Cycle 7: Week 4: Day 2:

Deadlifts:

1 warmup set

130kgx5

Assistance work:

4 sets of GHR's

3 sets of Weighted situps

3 sets of Standing calf raises


that was it.

week 3: 3 sets of 5/3/1 with: (75 kg) (85 kg) and (95 kg+)

1) Deadlift:

did some cardio today btw. 1 hour. mountain walk/run. tomorrow is bench deload session.

Some extra pressing, some horizontal rows and face pulls for upper back + some bicep curls and tricep extensions. nothing to write home about.

tomorrow is the last deload session. cant wait to get started again.
