Aerobic glycolysis is a correct term for the conversion of glucose to lactate or pyruvate in the cell, where the dominant form is pyruvate from oxygen rich states, in anerobic states you get lactate production instead and is termed anerobic glycolysis.

from a article in "Muscle Mag".. it said cardio after workout is the best time to do cardio. It is better than in the morning, better than before, and better than late at night. It also said cardio done between 5-7 p.m. burns the most fat lol.. I will have to look that article back up for you
