I don't want your man juice in my log :gayaway: lol jk bro, I don't have anyone to take pictures for me, and I posted pics before ages ago, My stats are like over 6 ft, I'd be over 100 kgs by now (put on 11 in my bulk so far) and I'm not sure of my bodyfat %, never had it measured. Ok done some shoulders, tris, calves and cardio today. yeah buddy. high reps again (well tried to)

Shoulders
Seated dumbbell shoulder press (lbs)

Might try a 45 on these when I do high reps next time.

Standing dumbbell upright row (lbs)

First time doing these, it was different. I'd start off with the DB's close together at the bottom of the movement but as I brought them up I brought them out wider, like a V shape.

Standing side laterials (lbs)
25's x 15
25's x 15 (swing on some reps in this set)
25's x 10 (moreso in this one)

Triceps
EZbar seated french press (lbs)
60 x 15
60 x 15
60 x 5 DROP 30 x 15

Failed to early on the last set of these, couldn't get the right grip or keep the bar straight even, so done a drop set straight after.

Dumbbell crossface (lbs)
17.5 x 10
17.5 x 11
17.5 x 11

Dam these where harder then expected, couldn't move much weight on them.

Calves
Donkey calf raises (lbs)

me + 1 person (118.8 lbs) x 30
me + 1 person (118.8 lbs) x 30
me + 2 people (237.6 lbs) x 20

Cardio
30 mins eliptical (level 6)
10 mins bike

That was it. tris where pumped espically today, the 2 exercises worked well together. There was only 2 light chicks in the gym when I was doing donkeys, so I had to pile them on top of me :bowroflarms: Good workout all up, done in about an hour, not including cardio.

Forearms where on fire after that lol, back was nice and pumped to. Done in 50 mins.

That was it, I'll do abs with my cardio session tonight. Good overall, finished in about 65 mins.

Crunches & leg raises - 4 x 10 (I'd slide my hands up to touch my knees on crunches)

Just my weird thing man, I remember some weights in kgs and some weights in lbs, what can ya do really.
