Thanks for the comments guys, I hit quads/calves today. I done quads with this guy I usually see in there. Seems to know his shit and his strong as hell, he really messed me up lol.

He seems like an awesome person to train with, maybe u shud train wiv him more often you lazy bum, it might get ure crazy "poker-ass" into some hard training!

Good work on those legs man
i only works legs once or twice a month
i havent even noticed a decrease in their strength either
did leg extensions after 1 month off of doing legs
225lbs with 10reps easily, hope the same is for you
hope you stay consistent unlike me...

I start cutting on the first of October, and I think I've gotten as big as I can atm at 111kgs, mainly because I'm starting to get to much podge on my stomach, so I don't want that getting out of control, so I'll just clean my diet up a bit and get ready to cut :weightlifter:

It's just like doing skulls except with a pulley system. And for the record I've never seen anyone do them in our gym, or anywhere else for that matter.
