Thanks for the comments guys, I hit quads/calves today. I done quads with this guy I usually see in there. Seems to know his shit and his strong as hell, he really messed me up lol.

Incline Leg Press (lbs)

The other guy was doing 770 for reps, so I was kind of keepin up with him.
Smith Machine Squats (lbs)

After the second set, he says "how many did you get on that?" I said "Got 7, just". He says "Your doing 10 the next set" I went to drop the weight back and his like "Woah woah, your leavin that shit the same!" I done calves by myself and he went to hit hammies.
