Karate kick man was in again, beating the crap out of the air as usual. And Nutty and Pummie just missed him :tear:

A couple of the douche patrol was in again, The one with a batch of pubes for a hairdo was doing incline presses for chest, with a very close grip, going down about a 1/4 of the way. It looked more like an overhead press actually. Then when I wanted to 60's for Arnold presses, he was using them, going down like half way once again, with totally poo form.

And lastly, something I thought I'd never see in a gym I in fact did see. As I was about to pull into the car park, a car was semi blocking the path so I waited for the car to drop of it's passenger so I could go in. A guy steps out, already wearing his workout gloves, with jean shorts on, carrying a massive bottle of coke :49: I honestly didn't know whether to laugh or cry. So remember kids, don't drink coke...... unless you mix it with alcohol :xyxthumbs:

Not bad session at all considering not feeling great. Strong DB's so the incline after it is still good considering the exhausting work before it.
