I decided to only do cardio today and push my quads/calves session to tomorrow.

Cardio
30 mins recumbant bike (Random interval 6)
15 mins eliptical (Level 6)
15 mins recumbant bike (Level 8)

That was hard stuff, haven't done that amount of cardio for awhile, vedy vedy good.

Bad news fellas, I'm getting on the sick side. It's like 2:30am and I can't sleep so I might dope myself up on meds and see if it helps. Hopefully my workout won't suffer to much tomorrow :ughfingers:

I'm pretty sick fellas, I've only eaten twice in two days and it's been liquid only. I've been bed ridden majority of the time. It's Thursday now so I'll give it until Monday to go back in.

I'm feeling alot better today (Friday), still don't have much of an appetite. I'll be back into it Monday though :xyxthumbs:
