the other night me and pumba doing chest a n00b (only trains arms and chest) was doing one arm dumbell overhead extensions, sitting in an incline bench, one arm working,t he other arm on the phone lol

High reps and heavy weight don't exactly run hand in hand very well, Chesti; don't beat yourself up at all. Training looks excellent to me, so no worries:tiphat:

That inclined walk was good. Done in 35 mins not including the cardio. Goin in for quads and calves soon.

Storm - Thanks for commenting man, The last routine I done was a lot more body parts per day, DC training to be exact. But you can't stay on the same thing forever.

E & G - You can do them with a barbell also. There kind of like a barbell curl, but you have your elbows a lot further back, and you kind of drag the weight up and down your body. Here's a pic, the only difference being when I do them I use a palms up grip.
