Way to dominate those French Presses, Chesti:tiphat:

Don't ride yourself on those Ah-nuld presses though, as that was still moving some serious weight.

Lug question; what in the blue Aussie sky is a Stallone curl?

Thanks guys, dam public holiday tomorrow so I can't go and buy food for the cut but I have enough to get me through tomorrow. I'll be doing some sprint training in the morning and weights in the afternoon. I landed a new job too working for Australia Post delivering parcels, so I can finally live out my dream of turning into Newman :49:

But anyway, here's my session from Friday.

Chest
Flat Dumbbell Press (lbs)

Back

220 x 8
220 x 8
176 x 15
176 x 6 Dam bar came out of the corner

My form was average on that first set, and worse by the second so I done the right thing and dropped the weight back. Sorry Ronnie :tear:

Close Grip Pulldowns (lbs)
140 x 15
160 x 8
180 x 4 The weight kept smacking my knees, so it sort of fucked my rhythm
100 x 30 Five second negatives on the last set, nice slow burn :D

Just done some Guerrilla cardio then. 10 second sprints with 10 seconds rest in between, times eight. I'll work my way up to 20 second sprints with 10 seconds rest, but for now that was definately hard enough. I'm cooking up some brown rice and chicken breast to :tiphat:

Looking good man. Love the speed at which you get your sessions done.
45 mins on the bike I do 2mins to warm up before training legs and that's as much cardio as I do!
