Decline sit ups - 3 x 10
Hanging knee raises - 3 x 10
I held a swiss ball above my head while doing sit ups, it made a difference surprisingly.
Cardio
35 mins bike
10 mins treadmill (Incline 1%, speed 6.5)
Back/bis and some guerrilla cardio tomorrow.
