Strong legs and back! arms are pretty good also, delts are also a strong bodypart, more chest thickness and overall mass is what u need! good physique man!

Hamstring hang from side looks awesome as, with abit more thickness to it, it would be superb,
Wide lat spread to a tiny waist is great stuff, makes ur back look even wider!
Same with calves, ripped and hard! with detail just abit more size on them with that kind of shape and detail would be awesome.
Side tricep pose looks superb, hamstring split, horseshoe in tri, detail in shoulders and solid chest.

Side chest pose, with a little more of a twist facing evenly side on.
but overal a great base u have and looks like the cut went to plan 100%

Congrats on that, looking in top shape chesty :tiphat:

Thanks for the posing tip to, I'll be needing more of those if I plan to compete. I'm happy with the result, I think I just need more chest mass and less stomach fat aswell.

I done chest/arms today. I'm not going to go into detail, because it's my first week back and I didn't do anything impressive. my split looks like:

Chest/Arms
Cardio/Abs
Legs
Cardio /Abs
Shoulders/Back

Any suggestions/comments always welcome.

im guessing,
Monday - chest arms
Tuesday - cardio abs
Wednesday - legs
thrusday - cardio abs
friday - shoulders back
saturday - off
sunday - off

why not switch shoulders & back with cardio and abs on those 2 days
that way ur giving urself abit more breathing space for cardio and weight training

^You mean Thursday back/shoulders and cardio/abs on Friday? That would actually give my legs more of a rest, which is something I overlooked.

Looking good chesti.Your latspread looks nice,good back indeed,but have to say that your side tricep pose is just fantastic.I would definately keep focus on that chest thought.

Wow thanks guys, I wasn't expecting such a good response.

I picked a bad week to start back, every day this week its been over 40 and humid as balls. I done some weighted ab exercises and 35 mins of cardio. I think my abs are a weakpoint so I want to build them up before my next cut.

I'm going to throw a question out there for everyone aswell. Do you guys lower carbs for your pre or post workout shake on cardio days? I usually do 1/2 cup of rolled oats before and after (In the shake), but I was just curious to see if it's beneficial to lower them on cardio days.

Samoan - Yeah I no man, but I lost a lot of weight, I kind of expected them to shrink.

Hit legs today, managed to squat 90kgs for the last two of my sets, and I haven't lost much if any strength in my hammies. I stiff legged the same for sets of 10+, I don't think that's to bad for my first week back. I'll be giving you guys full updates starting next week when I have some strength back.

Back/shoulders tomorrow :gaygay:

Edit - Man, that fart was devastating.
