Tried to update yesterday, but my net was giving me the shits so I didn't end up doing it. It was shoulders and cardio. Right trap was sore so couldn't do any pressing movements.

I don't know the proper name for these, but you hold a barbell behind your back and push it backwards, it hits the rears.

I'm only sayin this once, both of you cut the shit out. I don't need to come in here and have half a page of your e-fight. If you guys want to argue, then go into your own logs or do it via PM.

Anyway, my leg session went very well. I was able to do it with relatively no pain and my knee flexibility is getting better and better. The soreness is mainly at the back of the knee/hamstring area and partially in the left side of my knee. Still kept it somewhat light, I'm going to slowly work back into it as I don't want to re injure myself.

Hold and squeeze at the top of every rep. This was the weight that was on it when I used it, the pad sitting on my knee was making it uncomfortable, so I just stuck with the same weight.

Arms tomorrow. Got some BCAA tablets the other day, really helps the recovery. Until then boys :tiphat:

Done arms at home today, mate who works at the gym pussed out of our training today. Such a shame to, beautiful day. Took some photos today, however there where two problems. The software for my phone on the computer is gone, so I have no way to view any files that are on my phone on the computer. The second problem is that the photos came out pretty average in my opinion, it erased alot of my definition IMO. I do promise photos eventually though, I'm not doing all this cardio to have no proof of my bulging rippleness :49:

OK two sessions need updating, yesterday's shoulders, cardio and today's arms. Went to the docs yesterday, told me I have conjunctivitis (pink eye) so I can't wear my contact lenses for about a week, which sucks major ass because I hate working out with glasses on, they always fall off my face :no: but hey it's going to take more then someone farting on my pillow to stop this train boy! :49:

Thought I'd give everyone an update. Still dieting and training, weight has stagnated at 95kgs for the last few weeks, so reducing calories as of yesterday. I've been really busy trying to find work to go around my computer studies, hence the lack of updates. I'll report back when I can :tiphat:

how many cals are you currently eating chesty? Wheres the leg session that was promised? And hows the conjunctivitis? I always get it in spring season because im allergic to everything and i scratch arse into my eyes. :( I feel for ya man.

Conjunctivitis is good man, back to wearin contacts again, fuck I hate glasses. The leg session was good, done some strict leg press and triple walks with barbell lunges. Cardio is really getting to me though, but Ipods help out alot. And I never really count cals Pick, I just adjust my diet/cardio based on how my body looks.

And pull ya finger out ya gronk cunt :49:

Another update! :runinafire:

Down to 92kgs after adjusting food intake. Looking leaner. Cardio is easier, probably because I do it at home while watching king of queens (love that show). I'm having no luck on getting a camera, so I might just have to use my camera phone if I can't secure one by Christmas. Still no job luck, so I'll update when I can :xyxthumbs:
