Tried to update yesterday, but my net was giving me the shits so I didn't end up doing it. It was shoulders and cardio. Right trap was sore so couldn't do any pressing movements.
Shoulders
Wide grip barbell upright row (kgs)
60 x 10
60 x 6 regrip +2
60 x 5 regrip +2 regrip +1
60 x 5 regrip +2 regrip +1
Standing side laterial raises (lbs)
30's x 15
40's x 10
40's x 10
Reverse barbell pushes (kgs)
40 x 15
40 x 12
40 x 12
I don't know the proper name for these, but you hold a barbell behind your back and push it backwards, it hits the rears.
Cardio
20 mins recumbant bike (Level 4)
20 mins eliptical (Level 5)
20 mins recumbant bike (Level 4) All the treadmills where taken
Going in in a few hours for legs and cardio. Will get around to everyone's log later on today.
