i weighed in @ 190 and maxed at 255 yesterday and my goal is to bench 300! this is my chest/tri routine

bench press-5x5-210
incline bench-3x8-150
floor press(db)-3x8-75's
close grip bench-3x8-160
skullcrushers-3x8-60+20lb bar
tricep pressdowns-3x8-85
db flys-3x8-55
