time to hit the 225 broski
soon, i want to be able to continue the ATG squats, i can probably do 225 parallel for 6+ right now, but cant do one rep ATG like im doing now.. i'll work my way up with the ATG by 5lbs increments, if i was doing all of this parallel or slightly lower i would do 10lb increments, but i don't want to over do it.
