also doing bands with free weights, did some straight bar bb curls (40lbs and then 50lbs) with a red band, 10-12 reps each,. also 20lb db curls with red band, then 25lb concentration curls with band. 6-8 reps
leg press, got up to 1,000lbs 3 reps..
some squats 135lbs 5reps 3-4sets, supersetted with one legged, then both legged leg extensions 120lbs 4-8reps.
some abs, and shoulders.

Hey everyone, as you may know, ive been gone for a long time and have had to deal with issues, money, job etc, but im fine now.
As for working out, i do it at my house, all i got is a pair of 20lbs db's and a 35lb db, and some old school home gym stuff my mom got years ago... im saving up to buy a home gym since the gym membership costs,
went up here, almost all the gyms, i dont get my heb discount at golds anymore, so i said **** it. also ive been saving money and buying Silver and gold. but my home gym is priority 3, 1 is bills, 2 saving, 3 gym.
im still pretty big, most of my strength comes from my job at heb (still overnight stocker) and i do what ever i can here. next week im buying a car jack to lift my bicycle up and modifying it so i can cycle inside my house, ghetto? lol so. alright well cya guys.
