been doing more reps on back now too,

did seated one handed rows hammer strength 1, 45 and 1, 25 on a side *light weight* 20 reps

shrugs 10+ reps
one handed incline db presses (both hands have db, but i alt the reps) 50lbs 2-3 sets

i'll try to put down what im doing more often,

did some chest arms, back, abs, etc

arms db hammer curls, with db cc curls
35 to 25lbs 12-20reps
( 3+ sets )

db flyes 35lbs 10-12 reps 3- sets
chest press drop set, superset
did some more chest but forgot what hahah still sore now anyway

back

pulley rows 110lbs 3 sets 10+ reps
pullover machine 90lbs--105lbs 3 short reps then 3 reg then 3 short 4 times

abs usual stuff

thanks PV,

also doing bands with free weights, did some straight bar bb curls (40lbs and then 50lbs) with a red band, 10-12 reps each,. also 20lb db curls with red band, then 25lb concentration curls with band. 6-8 reps

Ya, i need to use them more often tho

what ive been up too

one armed db presses (incline or flat) up to 70lbs 6-8reps

one legged leg extensions 120-130lbs 6-10reps

deep ass squats 135 8 8 8 8.

one legged leg press up to 325-340lbs? 6 reps (excluding weight of sled etc)

cable rows up to 220lbs 4-8reps

hack squats 180lbs 2 6
SLDLs 135 2/3 sets,
bb rows 135 the upped to 145/155?

ham curls
front shoulder db rasies
side raises
ab crunches
then weighted

i did alot of shit is all i can say...
then 45mins cardio after.

im beat

today

leg press, got up to 1,000lbs 3 reps..
some squats 135lbs 5reps 3-4sets, supersetted with one legged, then both legged leg extensions 120lbs 4-8reps.
some abs, and shoulders.

so far im at

1,180lb leg press for 4 reps
205lb hammer strength chest press (per side) so 410lbs. 4+ reps
other goals soon to be updated (made..)

Hey everyone, as you may know, ive been gone for a long time and have had to deal with issues, money, job etc, but im fine now.

As for working out, i do it at my house, all i got is a pair of 20lbs db's and a 35lb db, and some old school home gym stuff my mom got years ago... im saving up to buy a home gym since the gym membership costs,
went up here, almost all the gyms, i dont get my heb discount at golds anymore, so i said **** it. also ive been saving money and buying Silver and gold. but my home gym is priority 3, 1 is bills, 2 saving, 3 gym.
im still pretty big, most of my strength comes from my job at heb (still overnight stocker) and i do what ever i can here. next week im buying a car jack to lift my bicycle up and modifying it so i can cycle inside my house, ghetto? lol so. alright well cya guys.
