leetle update. last trainin session was squat, pull down, incline thingie, didnt put it into here.
weight is dropping slowly but surely.
yesterday was +CARB day:icon_biggrin: so did some improvements.
deadlift
7x115kg (about 4-4)
side laterals
5x6kg (4 - 2 - 4)
super
MP (hammerstrength)
5x10kg (4 - 2 - 4)
calves in hack squat machine
8x R/P 3x R/P 3x R/P 1 minute static x 115kg
Whole damn thing would've been over in 15-20 minutes BUT there were some volume trainers so I had to wait for them and whole workout was loooong .... 1 hour!
few weeks more and then this fat burning thingie is over. Then dere more food, increasing weights etc....but hey: straight from swine flu to diet. not bad eh? lol
Deadlift
8x115kg (on last reps breathing was HEAVY) (4 - 4)
side laterals
4x7kg (mebbe five reps, I lost count in some point..didn't think very much)(6kg dumbbels where gone so had to use 7kg, 4 - 4)
supersetted wiff
hammerstrength military press (4 - 2 - 4)
5x10kg
calves on hack squat machine
9x120kg (4 - 2 - 4)
Pretty good workout. Improvements in every exercise. 5 more weeks this diet ****e then I can haz more fud.
leg extension
6 x 15 blocks
super leg press
10 x 220kg
narrow underhand grip pulldowns
7 x 50kg
dip
6 x bw r/p 3 x bw
all like exercises (except leg press, 4-4) done 4-2-4 cadence or smtg like that
I had a HUGE heavy duty headache while doing leg press, dunno why. It went over after sitting still for five minutes.
Diet is over now. I went to inbody today. Those 20 weeks burned 8kg of fat, little bit muscle too but most important thing is that visceral fat went down. Weight dropped 16kg.
Now I'm gonna slowly increase them calories etc...
Picture later
dere picture...pale skin etc...I know... Three and half years training. Or actually juss three. That half year was diet. Now everything is gonna change, from now on I'm gonna HIT it!
leg training. this time we were at other town, other gym so other equipment, but same heavy duty training as always. on this cycle everything into positive failure only. on next cycle everything's gonna be "lil'" harder.
leg extentension
6x50kg (damn heavy load compared to my home gym machine)
leg press (horizontal, got bigger range of motion)
7x130kg (I was amazed! I thought that whole stack wouldn't be enough, but it was more than enough)
(those two done as superset)
Holamos and happy merry new Heavy Duty year n' stuff!
Yesterday (2.1.2011) I had first workout for this year. I's like wtf: sunday and gym full of peeps..
anyway:
Pec flyes 5x59kg
super
smith incline press 3x50kg
sidelaterals in crosscables 5x5kg and yes I made somekinda progress in this exercise: last time when things got really tough I bent my arms but this time I didnt....so I guess something happened
Ok, so basically it's back to square one ... at least for moment. But you gotta start from somewhere.
wuhuu, new hammer strength dip and pullover machine arrived to gym. Me likes. Both are plate loadable.
so:
a) pec flyes 6x47kg b) hammerstrength chest press 5x20kg
side lats in crossovers 6x3kg
backshoulders in flyes machine 7x35kg
a) pushdown 5x45kg b) dip (hammerstrength) 5x50kg (25kg per hand)
Kinda easy session now for starters....to positive failure only
