Workout session: back thickness & traps in 1.5 hours

i slight change my dosages with epistane, im now dosing them atleast 3 - 4 hours apart after taking milk thistle

Yesterday Workout Session: back thickness and Traps

Comments: i trained at night due to feeling loss of motivation with a slump of low energy that morning,
i saw my mate that night that i haven't seen for afew months, it was a nice chat to catch up with him,


Exercise: rack deadlifts
warm ups;
60kg x 10
80kg x 10
100kg x 8

Working sets
140kg x 8
140kg x 6
140kg x 7

Comments; felt good, after the 3rd set i notice a slight lower back pump... it wasn;t a pretty slight but it went away within 10 minutes :)


Exercise: bent over underhand grip rows
working sets;
80kg x 8
90kg x 5 - crap crap crap :disgust:
80kg x 7


Exercise: Machine T-Bar rows(they still havent moved the slot-hole to stick the barbell in it :keke:
wroking sets;
60kg x 8
65kg x 6

Comments: Please remind me not to use this shit heap of crap machine... :disgust:


Traps;
Exercise: dumbell shrugs - i havent dont dumbells for afew weeks now, something different :)
working sets;

Comments: lol... to easy!! i remember abit over two weeks ago i tried the 130's and they felt abit heavy.


overall comments;
i seem to have a better workout in the mornings then compared to at nights, reason prolly being is feeling tired at night from a long day.

overal score

pump: 7.5 / 10 - during 2nd set of bb rows, i got this wicked!! lat pump ive never felt before, felt like a chunk of meat was hanging from my back :49:
motivation: 7 / 10

Comments: hmmm... abit of acne around my tricep/bicep area, afew here and here on my quads, like the odd pimple here and there.

I Still think its early days to be seeing anything crazy with strenght & size, but shouldnt be to far away now before it starts to really kick in, into the system

current dosage: 30mg a day (10mg x 3 splitted up without the day)

ill keep you's updated :tiphat:

Yesterdays Training Session: Upper chest and Triceps

Comments: was feeling pretty good and ready to lift hard :tiphat:



Exercise: Incline smith machine
Warm ups;
*Weight not including bar*
20kg x 10
40kg x 10
40kg x 10

Working sets:
60kg x 4
55kg x 5
50kg x 7
55kg x 6
55kg x 7
55kg x 6
Comments: not bad... could be better tho i wouldnt mind changing my routine and trying some different, will work that out later on.

Exercise: incline dumbell flies
working sets;
60lb x 6
60lb x 6
60lb x 7
Comments: felt alittle left behind with energy or feeling lost of motivation.


Triceps;

Exercise: 2-hand dumbell overhead extensions
80lb x 8
85lb x 7
90lb x 6
Comments: will start off with 90lb next time and work my way up to 100lb, its a bitch to get the weight up by yourself :keke:

Exercise: Tricep kickbacks
40lb x 6 & 6 - form was okay tho could of been better
35lb x 7 & 7 - better form but felt to light
40lb x 6 & 6 - form was better then first set but ill still work on improving it :tiphat:


Overall workout score;

Pump: Chest - 7/10
Pump: Triceps: 9/10

energy: 7.5/10
Motivation: 7.5/10

yeah im prone to acne badly, but later on the past year it has stopped and isnt as bad as it once was when i was 15, those muthafukers :49:

and those DB flies look HUGE, 60s for both sets? awesome man, triceps also looking strong as steel man!
