yeah recovery is pretty good when i split upper and lower chest and back thickness and back width, thet only area i have trouble recoverying from is quads, takes me roughly 3 - 7 days sometimes,

Yesterdays Training Sesson: Back Width & Shoulders With Hamstrings

Comments: Got to the gym on time, ready to rock and roll..... tho something was strange... like wasn't right...like i forgot something or something was missing.....looked in my gym back while i went to get my wrist straps.... Arh... uh-huh!! my post workout shakes... i forgot them at home :49:, so i just brought two bottles of gatorade from the supermarket next door after my workout.... got home and i forgot all about my protein shake :keke:


Exercise: Lat pull down to front
warm ups;
30kg x 10
40kg x 10
50kg x 8

Working sets;
75kg x 6
75kg x 6
70kg x 7
70kg x 8
Comments: not bad so far.... lats were slightly pumped

Exercise: wide grip chin ups
Me x 8
me x 9
me x 8
me x 7
Comments: R.O.M wasn't its best but was enough to get the job done


Shoulders

Exercise: Dumbell shoulder press
Working sets;
70lb x 6
70lb x 5
Comments: improvement from last time and will keep on improving each week


Exercise: dumbell side raises
40lb x 6
40lb x 5
comments: form wasn't the best but was decent, i got a spot with them

Exercise: dumbell front raises
35lb x 14 - 7 each arms
35lb x 12 - 6 each arm


Exercise: barbell upright rows
110lb x 7
110lb x 9 - With a spot
Comments: will try 115 - 120lb next session


Hamstrings
Exercise: Laying leg curls
70lb x 6
70lb x 5
60lb x 8
70lb x 3 then 60lb x 2
Comments: Strenght has gone up in this exercise, which is a good sign


Overal workout score

Back width pump: 7 / 10
Shoulder pump: 6 / 10
hamstring pump: 5 / 10 - tho the soreness after each set is crazy lol

Energy: 7 / 10
Motivation: 7 / 10

Overal score: 7 / 10

Training Session: Quads & Calves

Comments: i just dont know.... i didnt have it in me at all today.. no energy, no motivation to go or train, but hey i got a decent pump :49:


Exercise: Barbell squats
Warm ups;
bar x 10
60 x 8
80kg x 8

Working sets;
100kg x 6 - nothing in me, felt heavy or i just couldnt be bothered training legs
60kg x 8 - front squats - shit... didnt have anything in me
60kg x 8 - rear squats .... meh i gave up i threw in the towl and called it quits on squats. i didnt bother doing anymore squats, it just wasn;t my night.. to much stress going on and problems

Exercise: leg extensions
working sets;
70lb x 8 - P.B :49: in such along time
70lb x 7
70lb x 6
Comments:as the workout session continued on... i got more anrgy and more stressed out after the first set of squats i just wanted to go home...


Exercise: Seated calve raises
70kg x 5

Comments: not bad....

Great sessions lately Dryden. sorry about the last leg session bro. Dont let your mind beat you up if you have a titsy workout. Just sit down and think positive, if that doesnt work, then just get hell out of the gym and come back the day after fucking pumped tpo the max wanting to do some damage on your body.

I did just that. One time i was having a shitty workout. Did my squats and i thought "nar my heads gone" went home adjusted things, came back the day after and completly enililated my legs.

yeah, just 1 of tho's workout sessions where nothing was right, but i still finished it off and in the end had a good calve workout :keke:
ill have to make sure the fire is raging in mefor next leg session :hyperguy:

IBE - Epistane - Update

IBE - Epistane: UPDATE

Week one Comments: during week one,
I Notice my sex drive took off fairly quick and was raging with boners..left and right :bowroflarms:.
While slowly increasing the weight throughout the exercises afew small P.B's here and there nothing was extreme.... and no weight gain at all just mainly some strenght gains

Current: im two days away from reaching a full two weeks, its been awhle since i weighed myself after nothing from week one, so as of today 11th November i am 3.5kg - 4kg heavier :hsughr: :hsughr: :hsughr:
from 75kg starting weight to now just sitting on 79kg, weighed myself first thing in the morning! BOOYAA hows that for a weight gain :hyperguy:
