Yesterdays: Workout Session: Shoulders & Hamstrings



Exercise: Seated dumbell shoulder press
warm ups;
25lb x 10
45lb x 8
45lb x 8

Working sets;
75lb x 6
75lb x 5
75lb x 6


Exercise: dumbell side raises
40lb x 5
35lb x 6
Comments: i was already fucked.... those 75lb db press's killed me lol

exercise: front db raises
40lb x 12, 6 on each arm
35lb x 14, 7 on each arm

Exercise: barbell shrugs
150kg x 6
150kg x 5



Hamstrings
Exercise: Laying leg curls
70lb x 7
70lb x 6

Exercise: stiff legg deadlifts dumbells
Comments: wasn;'t sure how much i could do with my new sexy strenght increasements :gaygay:

Comments: will start with 110lb next time and aim for 120 - 130lb

Well.... it was my first week of this new workout routine split..... truthly? i hated it in away i felt overtrained trying to cramp everything in together, most likely will go back to my other workout routine...ill think things through. :tiphat:

Epistane Update:


im on day 17 now, 3 days into week 3 at 40mg each day.

40mg
Pro's: when i upp'd the dose to 40mg i really felt it kick in more, just before week 2 my strenght was slowly skyrocketing and soon as week 2 came, CA-BOOOM!!!! Strenght is rocking now. a total of 5kg gain so far, im really enjoying it :).
No joint pain at all or any other pain throughout the body :tiphat:

Great gains you had from the epistiane - some quality kg you put on :gaygay: I think it's a good choice to go back to your old routine - the one you picked now hit your muscles to infrequently imo :)

how about cramps ?

i only noticed it twice, 9th days and 13th day, lower back pump/cramps, lasted for around 30 seconds then slowly went away but was slightly still there through the est of the workout session



5kg gain... very nice I'm excited to how strong i will be when im done researching and get my hands on D-Bol.

so far im pretty happy with the 5kg gain but knowing us bodybuilding freaks its never enough lol, im also still doing my research on the use of AAS,
the strenght gains u will get from dbol are ment to be awesome as :hyperguy:

yeah im still deciding on which workout routine to go with, ill have to make up my mind by end of tomorrow before monday :keke:

old routine was;

Monday - quads & calves
Tuesday- lower Chest & biceps
wednesday- back thickness & traps
thursday - off
friday - upper chest & triceps
saturday- back width & shoulders & hamstrings



New one;
Monday: quads & calves
tuesday: chest & biceps
wednesday off
thursday: back and triceps
friday: shoulders and hamstrings


but then again ive learnt better form with training and now would be able to put better use of the workout routine,
but i did get good results from the old routine that i was doing between march till i started dieting again for october

or i could go back to my first routine my dad gave me that he used doing he bodybuilding time :dunnodude:


ill have to really think about it tomorrow :keke:
