Workout Session: Back & Triceps

Comments: lulz!! Today session was a total of 9 P.B's lulz!!!!

Overal workout score:

Back pump: 10/10
tricep pump: 15/10 - so pumped up it hurt!!! it was like another 3inches full of blood stacked onto my triceps lol
Energy: 15/10
Motivation: 15/10

i raped the gym so hard throwing the P.B around left and right lulz.

Epistane Update:
Week 4

so far 8 - 10kg gain

ill post starting and finishing weight increasements of the exercises / Weights

Side effects;
Crazy dreams
example; I Dream that im in bed trying to fall asleep but when im already asleep :methman:
Pimples are showing on my forearm lately
During week 3 i felt really tired like i really needed 15 hours sleep, with some loss of motivation to do anything.

Pro's
Great gain in weight
awesome strenght.
Example
Before: 80kg barbell rows great form
Now: 120kg barbell rows great form


I got my blood preasure reading done this morning, my mums a nurse :keke:

Reading was: 120 / 80

Shoulders

Exercise: Dumbell shoulder press
Warm up sets

Working Sets;
75lb x 6 - P.B, 5lb increasement from last week
75lb x 5
75lb x 7 - spot


Exercise: Dumbell side lateral raises

Wasn't sure what exercises to do with shoulders, i should of really planned it out before i left to go to the gym, next week im gonna go for a change and do barbell front shoulder press.

Nice workout bro, and yea I been doing that too not know what to do so having to make it up on arrival. It's usually a 50/50 thing cause soemtimes you get a good workout and then you won't.

Great work though man, you're gonna blow away the competition.

You might want to check out those side laterals I normally do.
Twist you wrists a quarter of a turn forward, and do the same move, that will focus more on your middle head instead for both front and middle
