felt heavy the 130's but i was happy to get them up for 3 reps, but ill drop down in the weight and get better reps out with the 110's - 120's next week :hsughr:

the highest number in dumbells at my gym go to 130's lol

Hey dryden good job with the strength gains on this bulk. You've gone from less then 100lbs dumbell presses to 130lbs presses in 4 weeks thats pretty special. I also saw on msn the other day you hit 9pbs in a session. lol great work man:) Whats the plan now your at the end of your 4th week on epistane.

P.s ease off the calories or you'll be 179kilos before 2009

yeah that night when i hit 9 pb's i was killing it hard! 1 of the best training sessions i had in ages,
well im currently on my pct now and have 2 weeks left of it.
my plan is to continue through the PCT, take time off and get ready for another cycle of something different :hyperguy:

lulz i wouldnt be able to walk at 179kg

Just afew updates;


ive still been training but afew things have gotten in the way as of lately for motivation,
im currently on start of week 3 of my pct,
the start of week 2 was hard and i felt really tired but things picked up and feeling alot better
weight is still coming on and strenght is still there, afew PB's everynow and then still which is awesome. but wait to do another cycle.

Finally an update, but I wanna log or i'll come over there to the land down under and find you and make do forced reps of squatting for about 20 reps of your max.
