Overall comments; it was a solid workout session, i was pumped and full of energy!!! :xmasohnoes:
i tried half a bottle of BSN Endorush orange flavour, tasted really fizzy and sweet lol i dont know if it was that.... but something sure did kick me in the arse santaeek.

Damn it I wanted to be the first to respond but my internet was being bitchy a coupel hours ago I wanted to say you put on a very noticeable amount of mass on the delts and quads. But other wise too much BF to tell on a confirmation level.
