hmmm your quads will shrink and look like crap if you won't do some squats very soon !!!

ive set up my bench press in my bedroom but i havent gotten my barbell back from my brother as yet, but i got 2 sets of dumbells, leg curls on the end of the bench press which i am able to use it as a t-bar row and a seated row movement :hsughr:

so it looks like im gonna do a full upper body workout lulz

Thanks bro, yeah it was light weight!!!!!!!!!! so i made sure form was perfect and speed was really slow :coolguy:
i suppose its better then not training at all lol

Didnt end up training back, would of been a waste of a workout due to limited to exercises,

trained shoulders yesterday

and done cardio this morning

Can;t do much yet without a barbell for a solid chest workout, till the weekend when i hopefuly get my barbell back from my brother,

i have enough weights to do a awesome chest workout :hyperguy:

Yeah till i get enough money to join the new gym
nah bulking has came too a stop, for money reasons till i get a decent job.
but once that happens im gonna do a light cut just trim back the bodyfat and rebulk at a cleaner base
