Workout Session : Chest & Biceps

Quick Note: first session back with useing a barbell at home, strenght is crap at the moment but ill get it all back :hyperguy:

Bench press
80kg x 8
85kg x 9
85kg x 8
85kg x 8

Incline bench press
70kg x 8
70kg x 7
70kg x 6
70kg x 8

Standing barbell curls
50kg x 8
50kg x 8
50kg x 7

incline alternated dumbell curls
10kg x 12 / 12
10kg x 10 / 10
10kg x 10 / 10

Chest Pump: 10/10 - the pump was unbelievable concidering i didnt use any N.O supps and the soreness after each set as the chest blew out was crazy
Bicep Pump: 8/10 - Pump was still good but the burn in the biceps from incline db curls hurt so badly it felt so good lulz :hyperguy:

Energy: 10/10
Motivation: 10/10 - was high as it could be, as entering into my first workout session for awhile.


As of today i started my Dave Palumbo diet with some adjustments due to money issues but its pretty much to the T,
I'll be doing this diet for 2 months + to get myself to a cleaner less % of bodyfat :tiphat:

theses were abit hard to perform on a bench press rack :49:

Triceps
1-arm overhead extensions

Dumbell kickbacks

Back pump: 10/10 - unbelievable pump in the lats and middle of the back
Tricep pump: 7/10 - couldnt really get a pump flowing... tho it was a great back workout.

Energy: 9/10
Motivation: 9.5/10

Overall Workout Score: 9/10


Dave Palumbo diet;

Cardio sessions: Post workout and going into first thing in the morning

as long as your still lifting, you'll always be ready,
