Workout Session: Quads

Workout session: Quads


Quick notes: can'y go extremely heavy due to the polls of my bench press dont go high enough which for making me bend down to get under the bar while hoping the polls dont wobble/bend considering they are sitting in the last polls :bitenails:


Barbell squats;

60kg x 10 - w.u

Overall feedback & scores

Quad Pump: 8/10
Energy: 8.5/10
Motivation: 8/10
Overall score: 8/10

First quad session since i left my old gym and now working out at home, wasn't to bad by the end of my session my left quad started to twitch :bitelip: . all squats were ATG :thumbsup2:

Next quad session will be a mixture of rear/front squats and some leg extensions maybe

I cry at seeing the weight dridder, but the reps and amount of sets makes me feel better.
