Nice workout bro, and yea I been doing that too not know what to do so having to make it up on arrival. It's usually a 50/50 thing cause soemtimes you get a good workout and then you won't.

Great work though man, you're gonna blow away the competition.

Felt pretty good but its a pain in the arse trying to get those 75's into the air from my knee's lol.

i change it around sometimes, its either

laying leg curls
or
stif deadlifts
or
seated leg curls

i change it around every so often but normaly stick to something if i know it works best for me :keke:

You might want to check out those side laterals I normally do.
Twist you wrists a quarter of a turn forward, and do the same move, that will focus more on your middle head instead for both front and middle

Its a really bitch to get the weight from the knee's into the air to a shoulderpress movement, thats what really kills me the most :methman:

Quick comments: well after my last leg workout last night, i got comments like;
"You can handle more weight then that"

So i gave it my best, with no spot :tiphat:

exercise: seated calve raises

Overal workout score;

Quad Pump: 10 / 10 - i was walking and my quads would wobble :49:
Calve pump: 5 / 10

Energy: 9/10
Motivation: 9.5/10

Overal score: 9/10
hopefuly, 140kg on squats next week

Epistane: Update

Powerlifting Definition: If you can do it for more than one rep, it's light weight.

It was a pretty good cycle i enjoyed it very much but the fact it took a good 3 weeks to fully kick was the downfall... which was a shame.

Leg session is the best one in a while, finally got motivation, energy and all in all it was great with heavy ass squats :2:,and chest sess is nonetheless another good ass sess, good pb's, heavy curls for bi's and as well good overall score for this one, keep up the good job D :xyxthumbs:

incredible transformation, can really see that uve added alot of thickness, arms, chest, shoulders and traps look so much thicker than before. incredible. and ur strenght gains are out of this world, cant believe how much stronger uve gotten on the presses! 130 lbs is fucking awesome! u gotta try the flat bb press soon and c what u can do there!:D fuck, I WANT EPISTANE NOOOOOW!!!:crymeariver:
