Huge squat volume D, I'd be keeping a puke bucket close to be on the safe side there.

95lb x 7 -(P.B) got a spot, never tried 95's before on incline... the guy couldnt spot for shit.. :49: but he is a friendly guy.

tricep pump: 15/10 - so pumped up it hurt!!! it was like another 3inches full of blood stacked onto my triceps lol
