Workout Session: Upper chest & Triceps
Day Two: Epistane
Dosage: 30mg, with split dosage of 10mg waking up, 10mg afternoon, 10mg bedtime,
Just an idea..... afew people from here and myself were talking about epistane/havoc dosages, info, tips and pointers along with different dosages
10mg/10mg/10mg or 20mg/20mg or 10mg/10mg/10mg/10mg or even 20mg - 40mg in 1 hit.
just my thought it would be wiser to split the dosages up throughout the whole day to help keep the B/P levels at somewhat normal level and to maintain a continuing intake of the dosages up to 50mg of 10mg every 5 hours.
ill keep you's updated with Results, pro's and con's
Min intake of calories are 4,500 every day now, with a slightly different attack on training.
Exercise; Incline smith barbell
Warm up;
bar x 20
20kg x 10
40kg x 10
(NOTE: Weight of the bar is included into the total amount)
Working sets;
80kg x 5
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
75kg x 5
60kg x 7
80kg x 7 (spot) i got a spot from a female bodybuilder, she has huge boobies
comments: overal good start to upper chest, a nice solid pump, goal is to increase the weight every session each week
Exercise: Incline dumbll flies
working sets;
60lb x 6
60lb x 5
60lb x 6
comments: was going to do 4 sets, but decided only to do 3 with a total of 9 sets for upper chest is all that it really needs due to alreay training lower chest few days ago. i was happy with it but abit of motivation dropped off due to talking with someone at the gym.
Triceps
Exercise: e-z skull crushers * bar pushing away from forehead laying down*
working sets;
bar + 25kg x 7
bar + 30kg x 3
Exercise: 2-hand dumbell seated extensions
working sets;
75lb x 8
80lb x 6
Exercise: Cable pushdowns V-Bar
55 x 7
Exercise: dumbell kickbacks BOOO-YAAA!!
35lb x 6 & 6
Overal a good solid workout for upper chest and triceps with both pumped, before heading to the gym i had to get my self motivated and ready to rock and roll
Overal workout score;
Pump: 8/10
energy: 8.5/10
motivation: 8/10
