Workout Session: Upper chest & Triceps
Day Two: Epistane
Dosage: 30mg, with split dosage of 10mg waking up, 10mg afternoon, 10mg bedtime,

Just an idea..... afew people from here and myself were talking about epistane/havoc dosages, info, tips and pointers along with different dosages
10mg/10mg/10mg or 20mg/20mg or 10mg/10mg/10mg/10mg or even 20mg - 40mg in 1 hit.

just my thought it would be wiser to split the dosages up throughout the whole day to help keep the B/P levels at somewhat normal level and to maintain a continuing intake of the dosages up to 50mg of 10mg every 5 hours.

ill keep you's updated with Results, pro's and con's
Min intake of calories are 4,500 every day now, with a slightly different attack on training.

Exercise; Incline smith barbell
Warm up;
bar x 20
20kg x 10
40kg x 10
(NOTE: Weight of the bar is included into the total amount)
Working sets;
80kg x 5
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
75kg x 5
60kg x 7
80kg x 7 (spot) i got a spot from a female bodybuilder, she has huge boobies :keke:
comments: overal good start to upper chest, a nice solid pump, goal is to increase the weight every session each week


Exercise: Incline dumbll flies
working sets;
60lb x 6
60lb x 5
60lb x 6
comments: was going to do 4 sets, but decided only to do 3 with a total of 9 sets for upper chest is all that it really needs due to alreay training lower chest few days ago. i was happy with it but abit of motivation dropped off due to talking with someone at the gym.


Triceps

Exercise: e-z skull crushers * bar pushing away from forehead laying down*
working sets;
bar + 25kg x 7
bar + 30kg x 3 :keke:

Exercise: 2-hand dumbell seated extensions
working sets;
75lb x 8
80lb x 6

Exercise: Cable pushdowns V-Bar
55 x 7

Exercise: dumbell kickbacks BOOO-YAAA!!
35lb x 6 & 6


Overal a good solid workout for upper chest and triceps with both pumped, before heading to the gym i had to get my self motivated and ready to rock and roll :keke:

Overal workout score;
Pump: 8/10
energy: 8.5/10
motivation: 8/10

Overal score: 8/10

Great workout as well. Smashed the chest with incline presses and got a spot off boobies lol...and then you followed that up with really heavy inclne flyes. Tricep works looks good too man. Great job :2:

great incline bb smith presses D:2: i also love doing the inclines in the smith, pinpoint precision, just squeezing that upper chest. flyes and tricep work looks solid as well bro:)

yeah thats one of the main reasons i use incline smith, our gym got rid of our good free weight barbell incline machine :tear:, but with smith u can go really heavy and nothave to worry about being crushed by the weight if its a failed rep :keke:

Progress Updates

Progress Updates: Epistane Cycle


30th-Day One: 20mg / 2 capsules before bed
31st-Day Two: 30mg / 3 capsules, spaced out through the day 5 - 6 hours apart
1st-Day Three: 30mg / 3 capsules, again 5 - 6 apart each capsule
2nd-Day Four: 30mg / 3 capsules, 5 - 6 hours apart each capsule.


Libido;
I slowly started to feel some of the working effect around day 3, in terms of libido area :keke: , Sexual drive is through the roof!! :carduindisguise. I somehow lost it middle-early this year :49:

Energy;
Energy has been good with the feeling of still having a full tunk of energy after my workout and not wanting to leave the gym andkeep pumping the weights lol

Pump;
Interesting, slightly because i seem to be able to get my muscles more pumped at a much quickly rate, Strangely my forearms blew up so hard on saturday during my back width/shoulders session, it felt like it turned into Stone/Rock because it was that hard


Strenght;
Im feeling it kicking it with strenght from my last workout which was saturday, i was able to lift 70's on the dumbell for shoulder press for 5 reps, 3 on my own with 2 assited,
the last time i could remember even getting to 70's on dumbell shoulder press was when i was weighing a chunky 85kg, And now currently weighing a leanish 76kg.
Might be just a placebo effect for it being so early into the cycle not sure, But i will keep track with my strenght and weight increasements,
ill be making sure with my training i struggle to get to the 6th - 8th rep & increase the weights each session i train while still going for 6 - 8 rep range :xyxthumbs: making sure im not at ease when performing the rep range and really make myself push. :xyxthumbs:

Great offseason form you display there, I envy your quads! You just inspired me to go do some front squatting :gaygay: I'm lookin' forward to se what the epistane cycle brings of gains - have you done designer steroids like that before?! And good solid sessions lately, keep it up mate!
