I Surely surprised myself...
wide grip chin ups of bodyweight hahaha been ages since i could do a good amount of sets, i'll be throwing these into my workouts of back days now to see if any growth can appear when on pplex, considering i had not much luck with my back growing when on epistane, taking things with new changes and see whats happening in the following weeks

Notes: Very happy with my quad workout, my old strength is coming back very quickly, next week ill attempted 140kg for few reps then back down to 130kg for the rest of the workout session, might do another exercise as well as squats, something different to change things up, nothing is ever perfect and adding some different is always good,

With calve raises, i wasn't sure what weight measurement it was in, i know it was kg so it had to be lb, an huge increasement getting close to even a PB i reckon,
i'll be really happy when i get back to my PB's on squats which were around 150kg - 160kg, where ill need a safety spot there to motivate me as well.

I Wouldn't mind com-binding my PH Cycle thread with this one, which i will do as well i think,

Workout score;
Pump: 9/10
energy: 10/10
motivation: 8/10
mood: good
