My knees are shot I don't even go over 335lbs w squats, I'm concerned I'll blow my knees out. Meow
Well I did hit 405 on Sunday.....
405 is a lot of weight man nice.
Thanks but I admit I did not go ass to grass w it. Maybe 3 inches above parallel. The whole time I was too focused on what ifs.....what if my knee buckles what if I slip a disk what if I blackout on the way up....meow rite lol . I'll stay at 315 for a while....

I go 90' only.
Ass to grass is for women training to ride backwards!! Lol
No benifit with squats a tendon is being stretched at knee!!
Low squats or good with light or body weight but focus is to tone the butt ox!

On squats I use the rack with cross supports 2" below my bottom lift.
If i slip or black out weight will be caught with cross safety the way I set.
Glad u got good racks at my gyms.

But my knees don't bother me at all
I focus with posture in pushing my heels thru the floor. If i balance on front of feet posture off hips should line with ankles if not knees will be under load.
Smith machine squats bad for knees because posture not right

Btw trained biceps triceps forearms and calves yesterday.

Weight is at a new low of 207lbs yet I still appear 220lbs love it love it love it. My vasculature is incredible from my arms to my chest wrapped around my quads and glutes[ yeah vieny cheeks lol] down to the calves. I have not been so vasky for decades.

But u said it RIGHT! U 207 and look bigger than 220!!!
That is bodybuilding brother!!! The illusion is created from exaggerated muscle with low bf and broad areas with small waist!!

I have cut to prolly 3% bf before and was only 183lbs and people thought I was 215!!
Problem was my face was too skinny I have long face.
Actually looked sick in my face at 3% bf.
Lol!!!

But good job!! I am jealous but admired by your hard work and commitment!!
