That's awesome man. I'm sure it felt good. It seems like one of those unspoken things, how when you see someone working hard, it makes you push harder!
Yeah it was pretty cool I actually thanked him . And I agree I feed off high energy . Makes me wanna switch gyms sometimes cos it is usually seniors and beginners which I don't mind but it's good to be surrounded by those you wanna be like ,to learn from and be motivated by. There is a substantial jump in price for LA fitness[which is the step up in my area) to my gym ., however Mel Chauncey [ifbb pro] has a gym that's not too expensive and pretty close to my new house ,I'll be looking into that here soon.

I would love something like that, as there is definitely nothing like that around here! I can make anything work, but I'm sure it'd be a nice change to try out one of those big gyms

Leg extensions 5x 12

Squats 6x 12 ...405lbs.1 x 4 then 1 final set 135lbs 1x 22

Lying leg curls 5 x 14

Leg presses 5 x 10

Good girl/bad girls. 3 x 20 both

1 leg curls 3 x20 light weight focus on contractions.

I ended w some preacher curls ,tricep extensions (rope) and pull ups all of which where 3 sets 8-10rep range
what r good/ bad girls?
Lol hip abductors/Inductors
Now that makes sense thank u I will have to wear my kilt ,commando next time I do leg day

Rest day today just gunna chill out and sleep eat and binge watch Netflix till I go to work.
I am packing up tools and supplies we got new home and have work to do before moving in. So have to hustle

Good luck with the move brother. I am going through the same thing right now. I keep pushing. You have given me so much advise I don't want to represent in a bad way for this contest. Im sure its called something else ,but you use the same bar u do landmine rows w and push the bar up from the center of your chest (standing)
