Tren is my favorite but I generally don’t run it higher than 400mg/wk. I have ran it as high as a gram a week but way to many side. Especially the nigh sweats. My wife got tiered of washing the sheets every day.
I love it but I'm no sprung chicken ...and it skyrockets my blood pressure. This run may only last a couple weeks

I have some npp & wanting to run it bad! Hopefully the tren does for ya what the npp did or better. You've gotten so much leaner, the tren is probably a good choice to keep it that way

I have some npp & wanting to run it bad! Hopefully the tren does for ya what the npp did or better. You've gotten so much leaner, the tren is probably a good choice to keep it that way

It's all in diet brother. Take me for example, I started at 225lbs now at 209bs I eat 6 meals everyday and do only 30 mins cardio. I leaned out . TNE is amazing but you can begin to rely on it and use it as a crutch so every now and then u gotta jump off and push ,it can be hard especially wen u have a few vials lol.

Sorry bro, but I didn't understand that last part. Yeah, though I still need to get more disciplined with cardio & diet, it is better than before. Every workout is improving as well. I guess without doing bf%, I can't be sure how much is muscle

Squats 6x 12 ...405lbs.1 x 4 then 1 final set 135lbs 1x 22

Lying leg curls 5 x 14

Leg presses 5 x 10

Good girl/bad girls. 3 x 20 both

1 leg curls 3 x20 light weight focus on contractions.

I ended w some preacher curls ,tricep extensions (rope) and pull ups all of which where 3 sets 8-10rep range

Got a pretty awesome compliment today ,I do get compliments from men and women almost every day. Today though a guy that was in pretty good shape, never seen him before says "hey man, I'm glad u came here today thanks was losing motivation and it's motivating to see some one working as hard as u do" .That made me feel pretty good ,it's a far cry from "look in good man" or shit like that.

Yeah it was pretty cool I actually thanked him . And I agree I feed off high energy . Makes me wanna switch gyms sometimes cos it is usually seniors and beginners which I don't mind but it's good to be surrounded by those you wanna be like ,to learn from and be motivated by. There is a substantial jump in price for LA fitness[which is the step up in my area) to my gym ., however Mel Chauncey [ifbb pro] has a gym that's not too expensive and pretty close to my new house ,I'll be looking into that here soon.
